Not happy with the service. They always try to up sell you and when they give you an estimate, it always a challenge when you can get a better prices somewhere else. I am stuck because they are the only dealership close to my home.

Spoke with someone in finance named Mirabel today and she was extremely rude and did not want to assist us. We had received a voicemail about an "open recall" on a vehicle we purchased through this dealership and so we immediately called back and thought we were speaking with the right department. Apparently not, because when we were transferred over to her the first sentence she said was "I didn't call anyone today." not a "hi how can I help you!". She lacks professionalism and really hinders our experience with this dealership. We will not be buying anymore vehicles from them in the future or referring any family or friends looking for a new vehicle.

My wife and I had done some research prior to coming to the dealership and we had a good understanding of the car we wanted. Going into the dealership we were greeted by Mark. He is an outstanding very KNOWLEDGEABLE salesman, wise beyond his years. He helped get us into our 2023 Colorado ZR2 in a straightforward manner with keeping everything transparent. Everyone one who had a hand in completing the deal were very friendly and professional. I have to say I had the best car buying experience at this dealership. If anyone reads this and made it this far...I highly recommend going, ask for Mark. I promise you won't regret it, we don't.

We purchased a new MY2023 Chevy BOLT (LOVE THE CAR!!!!) from Simpson Chevrolet on 01/21/2024, during a major rainstorm (love the rain). Sean Samadzai (Sales Manager) and Mark Maker (Sales Representative) were an absolute pleasure to work with on this deal as they made every effort to understand our needs, time at the dealership and negotiate a price off the sticker that made sense. I recommend looking for both these gentlemen for your next purchase and ask for: 1. A fair negotiable price on your next car 2. Tour of the facilities 3. Thorough walk-around of your vehicle 4. Scheduling your FREE first service First ELECTRIC car and we LOVE IT!!!!

I recently went to Simpson Chevrolet to search for potential used pickup trucks as my next vehicle. I've never purchased a vehicle directly from a dealer, so I wasn't sure what to expect. I was greeted by a newly trained salesman, Emon Fazlollahi. Emon was very patient with me and was able to help me make decisions about what pickup truck model was best for me based on my needs. He answered all my questions, and when he wasn't sure about something, he was honest about it and would get back to me with an answer. I wasn't ready to purchase that day since I wasn't really sure what all my options were, but that didn't dissuade him from giving me excellent customer service. The staff at Simpson chevrolet provided me with a great experience, and I would definitely recommend them and I will be returning when I am ready to purchase my next vehicle.

Joaquin and the rest of the team were very easy to work with. They didn't insist or pressure me into buying additional things that I was not interested in. There weren't any surprise add-ons at the end, and they were very straightforward with discussions on pricing. I would recommend that people go to this dealership if they are looking to buy a Chevy. I can't stress enough that they are very straightforward with their pricing and don't try that typical sales approach of artificially inflating the price to make you negotiate the price down!

ON 12/5/23 we took our traverse in for an oil change. A few days later we noticed a dash board sign on our car saying we only had 8% oil left. We checked the oil with the dip stick and discovered there was no oil registering. It appears that they drained the oil but did not put new oil in. We called the dealer and explained the problem to Jeff. He said we could go out and buy a couple of quarts of oil and then drive it to the dealership to be checked or they could send a tow truck. We. opted for the tow truck since the problem was obviously not our fault. After checking the car they continued to "lie" and say that it as only a half a quart low. They called later to say they changed out the oil and we could pick it up first thing in the morning. I dropped my husband off and when he went to unlock the car it would not open and the windshield wipers were part way up. They then said we needed a new battery. However, the car had been starting up fine until we took it in. They wanted to charge over $400 for a new battery. We said to just charge it up. We then took it to our own mechanic in Laguna Beach which we totally trust and he said there was nothing wrong with our battery and that when we needed a new one it would only be about $200.i think something is fishy about this whole ordeal. Also, Jeff saiid if we wrote him a poor review he would lose 25% of his pay. Who says things like this?

Marcos assisted me three years ago, and I had an excellent experience. I went to inquire about my trade-in yesterday, and Karl performed an excellent job. He was extremely informative, friendly, and knowledgable individual who assisted me with my new lease 2024 Chevy Blazer! Thank you, brotha, for everything you did to guarantee I had a remarkable experience.

Was looking to buy a new 2018 Volt, and our salesperson Drake made it easiest and best experience I've had buying a car. Drake did all the leg work and then some to make sure I had all my answers covered and was great throughout. Thanks again bud!

Had scheduled an appointment at 11AM today (1/2/24). Had been here twice before and had a good experience. I was 30 minutes late but figured I would still be able to drop the car. Waited 15 minutes outside my car in the service area and then finally asked if someone was checking people in. There were two other customers behind me who were waiting as well. The gentleman I spoke to wasn't apologetic or rude but said he would be with me as soon as he could. I waited five more minutes and left. I certainly understand that being late was squarely on me. But the dealership should have a process for initiating contact with customers and providing updates. If you scroll through the reviews you can see there are no management responses for customers who have posted reviews, whether positive or negative.

Outstanding Service by Brainy, I recently had the pleasure of working with Brainy at Simpson Chevrolet Irvine to purchase my dream car, and I can't say enough about the exceptional service he provided. From start to finish, Brainy went above and beyond to ensure that my car-buying experience was smooth and enjoyable. From the moment I walked into the dealership, Brainy greeted me with a warm smile and a genuine willingness to help. He took the time to understand my needs and preferences, patiently answering all my questions and providing valuable insights into the different car models available. His knowledge about the cars on the lot was impressive, and I felt confident in his recommendations. What truly stood out was Brainy's dedication to making sure I got the best deal possible. He worked tirelessly to find promotions and discounts that would lower the price without compromising on the quality of the car. His attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process. Even when we encountered a minor issue during the paperwork, Brainy handled it with grace and professionalism, ensuring that everything was resolved quickly and to my satisfaction. His problem-solving skills and calm demeanor were greatly appreciated. In the end, I drove off the lot in my dream car, thanks to Brainy's hard work and dedication. I couldn't be happier with my purchase, and I have Brainy to thank for making it possible. I highly recommend Brainy to anyone in search of a knowledgeable, trustworthy, and dedicated car salesman. He truly cares about his customers and goes the extra mile to ensure they have a positive experience. Thank you, Brainy, for your outstanding service! Rating:

Update I purchased my high mileage 2016 Ford Explorer last month. I haven't purchased a used vehicle from a dealership before, so a couple things I would do differently would be to either get a mechanic to check out the vehicle or at least bring a code reader to identify potential problems. What they covered, within a 100 miles the check engine light went on I contacted my salesperson Cole, he had me come in they cleared the light and ordered a pcv hose. The part took 3 weeks but it did solve that problem. What they didn't cover, there yellow lights for hill start assist and two others but I didn't take note. But I did note to my salesperson, that the battery had a bit of corrosion buildup, he said the battery was new but the buildup was from the previous battery. He said they would cleanup the battery, but when I got it home and had a closer look the buildup was barely touched, probably a quick towel swipe. Ultimately, the battery tested no good, I replaced it and it cleared the hill start assist and associated warning lights. An intermittent light was a low oil pressure warning, but it became more and more persistent as I stopped the vehicle. I had the oil pressure sensor replaced, that solved the problem. I found a coolant leak, I had a couple hoses replaced and the problem was resolved. Finally, the paint treatment they apply seems good, but unfortunately in my case it was put on over water spots on both sides of the vehicle.

Bought a Silverado a few years ago. I soon noticed the transmission had issues but was told it would "learn" my driving habits and adjust. Yeah it adjusted right into a replacement! Lucky me the warranty had expired so I was on the hook for a $6000 repair bill. But wait it gets even more fun! The replaced transmission also broke. I'm pleased to say that it only took a mere 6 weeks of having my Silverado parked their parking lot waiting to be repaired! Not once did anyone from the dealer offer an apology. My advice, spend your money where they value as a customer and stand behind their product

I've been a loyal customer here since 2018, always brought my car here for service, and never had any problems. But now I need some body work done on my car and when I called they said they would not provide a loaner car (not even for just 1-2 days) while their 3rd party service works on it. You'd think after years of spending thousands of dollars here they would take better care of their local loyal customers but I guess not. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and going with a different car company when purchasing a car next year. They definitely DO NOT "put your needs first" as stated in the description for Simpson Chevrolet's Google business page.
