The beds are very good, and worth the $7000 we paid to help remedy my wife's back issues. Unfortunately, the service department is near non-existent, I had to finally give up on getting help when one half of the split bed went lopsided. You're out of luck if you need service.

I am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with the experience I've had as a customer, which has led me to believe that there are concerning deceptive practices at play.Upon purchasing a Sleep Number product, I was initially drawn in by the advertised trial period, only to find that the actual experience did not align with the promises made. The discrepancy between the product representation and its real-world performance has left me feeling misled and dissatisfied.Furthermore, the bait-and-switch tactics employed during the purchase process were disheartening. It is disconcerting to encounter such practices from a company of your stature. Additionally, the lack of customer support post-purchase has only exacerbated my frustration. Attempts to address my concerns or seek assistance have proven unfruitful, leaving me without the support I expected from a reputable company.I implore you to investigate these issues within your organization and take the necessary steps to rectify them. Sleep Number beds and corporate service... great.Irvinee Spectrum location.The WORST!Just had the most unbelievable experience with someone named Hector V at the Irvine spectrum location. Had a great experience with a salesperson named Portia.She was on leave or out of office, so I finally went to pull the trigger to purchase it and a 'gentleman' name Hector at the Irvine store helped me finish it. When I went ahead and purchased the bed , I received the email with the invoice and the gentleman from Irvine, Hector V., put his name as the sales person on it. I tried to call back 4 times and and this guy did not answer the phone.So I then emailed the store and make sure that my information got to someone that could assist me in making sure she got the sale.Not sure who will answer that. The gentleman in Irvine did not answer the phone all afternoon and then called me back and did not identify himself until I asked who this was.When he called me back I said there's a mistake, please make sure you change it so that Portia gets the sale. He said something about I have no idea what's going on, she doesn't work there anymore and something about forwarding my email to HR???WTH? This gentleman came at me with a bunch of personal information I don't need to know. When I said I had a weird feeling about it and then if he's not gonna change her name,I would like him to please cancel the sale he got incredibly lippy and told me I had no idea what I was talking aboutand that he wasn't gonna change the name and if I wanted to cancel the sale I had to call the corporate number and he hung up on me with a raised voice.He also was incredibly agitated and I'm not sure if he's using drugs or has some kind of mental health issue,or just a beef with this other sales person, but it's none of my business nor should it ever be disclosed to a customer. I've spent almost $5000 with Sleep Number so far and now I'm starting to regret it. I am incredibly loyal to people who assist me especially those working retail jobs like this.Sales people who work on commission and pride themselves and being kind and helped me and my family make a big decision to spend this much money on new beds, deserve their sales properly. Meanwhile this gentleman is talking incredibly rude to me and hangs up on me. This location SUCKS!

Sleep Number Irvine is so lucky to have an employee like Portia. She's very attentive, friendly, helpful and pleasant in taking care of the customers. All our inquiries and sales transaction were taken cared of smoothly. We so love sleepnumber products that's why weve been loyal customers for more than a decade now. More power and innovations and hope you'll hire more employees like Portia.

Worker told us to leave and said,"we only like serious customers, try purple instead". We instead hurried to purple and bought 2 of their pillows because of how helpful they were. DO NOT RECOMMEND STORES THAT TREAT YOU LIKE DIRT.

Staff: We worked with Reza who was truly great. He was informative, knowledgeable, and did not pressure us at all. After spending about 20 mins with us we told him we were seeing a movie and would be back. Again, no pressure , he said he would send me the quote. Sure enough the quote was sent to us. Today the bed was delivered by Eric and John. Their communication was exceptional. They called in the morning to confirm our window and again when they were about 15 mins out. This was so appreciated and they showed up perfectly in the window. Both Eric and John arrived with our new bed wearing gloves, masks, and booties. Both were very careful to protect the bed, our home, cleaning up, were pleasant, and informative us of how to set up our bed. You could tell they both enjoyed their jobs. Talk about professionalism. 5 stars all around. Quality: These beds are so amazing. We laid down on the demo bed and it measured our pressure points and adjusted automatically to ensure comfort. You can actually see on the screen the various pressure points of how your lay. Reza offered water and each bed you laid on you were able to reuse your personal towel on the pillow so you aren't laying your head on a pillow used by a precious customer. Nice move! Value: Not gonna lie these beds aren't cheap. In the end it was about $2,600 for a queen, single head raising mattress: but with lots of cool features. After saying goodbye to our neatly 20 year old mattress, the price wasn't too bad. I have sleep issues so hoping this helps. Reza offered us the current discounted price which was great and also an extra 20% as our fiends and neighbors also recently got one. Extra savings is always appreciated. Overall: This location is very clean, well run, and does not pester or pressure you which is always a plus. Porchia also helped us at the end and she was equally great. Highly recommend this store. This was a very impressive shopping experience from beginning to end. Tonight will be the first night sleeping in it. Fingers crossed I sleep like a baby.

My star is zero. I would like everyone that is considering buying a bed. The free trail is not for everything. The mattress's and bedding can be returned (that make no sense - what actually touches your body), but the base cannot be returned. My base is costing me $5,000. My total bill was $12,000 The bed was not comfortable. I tried for 3 weeks to find a setting. I woke sore. The system showed me in the bed when I was out it. I had nights were I was tossing & turning the system showed me with steady sleep. I looked at their website. Big NFL names - I wonder how many actually paid for their beds? Go into your potential purchase with your eyes open. Do not expect any help from the company. For the people who actually paid the extra padding, they offered it to me at no charge. I was not disputing the paperwork that I signed which seems to be the answer that give when others question the policy. I was just asking them to take the base so I did not have pay for it removal. Let me update - my in home trail costed me $5,000

If Portia is working when you go, she does an amazing job of explaining all the beds and pillows differences. She is professional and personable. Put you at ease and isn't a pushy nor complacent sales rep.
