The entire team was was very helpful from the minute I walked in the door. Ted, the Tesla service manager is in point. The craftsmanship was exceptional. My model 3 rocker panel got destroyed, my graham lite rear wheel was pulverized, and my skirt was ripped to pieces.I recommend this place for any auto body and paint. PIXService: Painting

1.)Bill and everyone I communicated withwere the definition of professionalism2.)My expectations before bringing car infor massive collision and paint workwere high,since I was going to either Eli’s (in L.A.)DC Auto (in Burbank),or Avio (L.A.: now primarily Ferrari & Tesla)Spectrum Collision and Bill actually exceeded my expectations.Vehicle came back flawlessand I looked at every detail meticulously.The veh. is now, as a result from theirincomparable skills,actually in better condition than before the incident that harmed the veh.The only shop I have ever seen, heard, experienced, or known to have come to this high standard is Avio Coachcraft.Since Avio is now only focusing onFerrari and Tesla,Spectrum Collision is beyond worth the longer drive from L.A. or other parts of California.In life, one gets what they pay for,and patience is a virtue.

Quality craftsmanship. My model 3 rocker panel got destroyed. R & R had to be done. Graham lite had to be fixed as it got ground like hamburger and my side skirt was replaced. Ted , the Tesla Service manager was honest about time frames and delivery regardless if it was what I wanted to hear. Tesla parts LAG! Any how, see pix and you'll see.. A rocker panel replacement has to be right ... !I recommend this Team at Spectrum Collision.

Staff at Spectrum Collision and Ted were fantastic. Dealing with Tesla Insurance was like pulling teeth so kudos to this team for handling Tesla Insurance's lack of customer service. They tore the car down and deemed the vehicle a total loss. I appreciate Ted for being patient and explaining everything to me as this was my first car accident. Hopefully I don't ever need to come back, but if I need body work, this is the place I will go to.

Vehicle paint matched perfectly vehicle was returned detailed and all issues where addressed by Ted. Ted personally delivered the vehicle and all my expectations where met. They have a great painter. I would recommend this repair shop. I drive a BMW M5 glad to have her back.

This is the worst shop I have ever dealt with. I have been lied to and overcharged. I have had my car there for over a month. Stay away they are not honest people. I have used other shops and had a much better experience caliber collision would be my recommendation. Don’t put yourself through what I have experienced it is beyond frustrating.Services: Painting

Eric Moore and the team really took care of me here. I called up and mentioned I have a side view mirror replacement part that I could take care of myself but would take hours or maybe pay them for not if their time. I came in later that afternoon and he just did the right thing to make sure I come back when I have real car business. Took them 15 minutes and asked for nothing. Just said "we would like to take care of you" love businesses that will take take the time and look at the bigger picture. Appreciate these guys and I'll be back!

I have been an unfortunate customer for over 2 decades. Invariably when I've got into a fender bender these are the go to guys. I've had a lexus there, bmw, porsche, and a tesla there. The rest of my extended family uses them. We are not bad drivers, we are just good at getting hit by other people haha

Brought my vehicle in it’s been almost 3 months ted is a joke for a manager promises promises still sitting on the car. This is to replace the backseats stay far away from this company even if your insurance recommends it.Service: Body & Trim

5 star customer service for Robert.I had an appointment with somebody at 5:45 pm, unfortunately he had to leave early that day. Robert helped me with what I needed without any hesitation even though I wasn't scheduled on his work. World class customer service for Robert!!!

My experience with Spectrum Collision rates a ten, especially working with Danny Ngo. he was Patient, Professional and gave me detailed information plus he was always responsive. From the initial call to front desk to others were exceptionally polite, informed and easy to work with. My situation was time consuming working with two insurance companies especially during the inclement weather but Danny was always more than pleasant. My car is great!

CANNOT SAY ENOUGH HORRIBLE THINGS ABOUT THIS PLACE. HAD MY VEHICLE FOR ALMOST A YEAR AND 2 MONTHS!Horrible customer service.Horrible at getting back to you.Horrible at getting your car fixed on time. I was involved in a rear end collission Thanksgiving week of 2021. After speaking to a representative over the phone, they told me it would take about 2 to 3 months to get the car fixed, and to drop off the car. I dropped off the car the first week of December 2021. They told me again that it should take about 2 to 3 months. A couple months go by and I'm given the run around that my car is still not fixed and that they are waiting on parts, and that there were supply chain issues. After a while, they stop responding to my emails, my calls, and so forth. They are horrible to deal with. The person handling my car told me many times he would get back to me the following week and nothing. I would litterally have to email or call a couple of weeks after to follow up, and see what is going on with my vehicle.Then, I am told the person who was handling my car is no longer there. I started to speak with another person about my car. I was told when my car would be ready but guess what? It wasn't even close to being ready. I PICKED UP MY CAR JANUARY OF 2023. Yes, that is correct. Spectrum Collission had my vehicle for almost a year and two months! I felt hopeless in that I couldn't just pick up my car. If they knew there were supply chain issues, they should have let me know from the beginning instead of telling me after my car was disassembled, where I couldn't get my car out. So no only did Spectrum have my car for over a year but you could only imagine the cost of a rental car during this time. I lost a ton of money because of their multiple misrepresentations on when the vehicle would be completed. Heck, I could have just bought a used car to drive around if they were open and honest up front about how long it would take instead of giving me the run around. I really do not care if there is supply chain issues, Covid, or what not. If you know there are problems, you should let the customer know before hand, and before disassembling the car leaving no choice but to leave it there. I wouldn't take your car here. Highly unprofessional. If I could give them a negative 2 stars, I would.

Great for PRO work on your high end car, with my experience being with a 7 Series BMW. Had a minor collision a few weeks ago. Spectrum (Danny) took care of my car PERFECTLY, from A to Z. Danny first set a realistic expectation and timeline from the get go, clearly explaining the entire process. Spectrum coordinated all work with my insurance carrier, acquired all genuine BMW parts (their strict policy), and executed all related repair/replacement work flawlessly, including coordinating final settings/programming at the BMW dealer. Danny kept me up to date with texts and progress pictures every step of the way. And finally, Spectrum completed my car a few days earlier than expected. I've had the car back for about a week now. Zero issues. Looks fantastic. I would NOT have gone to any other place for my BMW. Great work Spectrum Team! Thank you!Samer AW
