The staff at Spectrum Pharmacy are all so helpful and always call me when my prescriptions are ready. I have used them for several years and I trust them with my meds. So easy to get my meds through this amazing Pharmacy.

I called Target's customer service at Spectrum MALL to get their pharmacy phone number because it was not available on call menu. I asked them if they're the ones located at Spectrum and somehythe rep thought I wanted the phone number to this place. Since she had the number written down or a note about it, she gave me their number instead of CVS inside Target. I even mentioned to guy taking my call that I wanted to switch my medication pickup to from another Target store to there (thinking it's Target at Spectrum mall). He completely ignores this and goes on to tell me I'm nit in the system and needs to add me. I thought it weird that they don't have a way to pull up my info since it's a chain. I find out a day later that it's not at Target Pharmacy and is at this place. I was just shocked because there's no way this could've happened without the intention of adding my business knowing I thought they were CVS in Target.

Honestly I'm so happy they opened a pharmacy in the Nighborhood . Great and speedy service ! Best thing to happen in that plaza . I only use them now . No line no waiting

This Pharmacy is a joke and they don't care about their customers. I called them around 10am to order my medication and asked them if they can deliver it. I was told it will be delivered by afternoon. I waited and waited till 3pm and still didn't get it. Called them again around 4pm and they said that their driver is running late but he will be there around 6pm. So I waited till 6pm no sign of their driver. Finally around 6:15 I called them again and this time they said that their driver will be there by 7pm for sure. However their driver never showed up and I was without my medication all night. Horrible customer service and they lie. So don't waste your time with them.

I have been going to Spectrum pharmacy for well over a year. They are an awesome group of people who go above and beyond to help and meet your needs. Steve and his staff are always polite, friendly and professional. I will continue to make this my pharmacy of choice for years to come.

I don't think I will ever go back to Walgreens, after. Constant medication delays due to incorrect processing I have given up. I was recommended Spectrum Pharmacy by my doctor and no more medication delays, insurance issues or anything! The people at Spectrum Pharmacy know what they are doing and like what they do and it shows. Super thankful for your guys service!

Even though my primary care was in Santa Ana, my doctors recommended me to go to this pharmacy as it was closer to my home. The inside of the pharmacy looks very minimalistic and the service is quite remarkable. The staff are warm and friendly and definitely made the experience of visiting a pharmacy much better. The customer volume of this location is much lower than Kaiser so it doesn't seem as though I am just a number waiting for my prescription to be called out. The associates do focus on the customer needs and take time to explain any medication or paperwork associated with insurance. Overall, happy with the service, easy to find location, and they follow up really well if they are unable to provide a prescription immediately.
