I do not advise! 1. When I found out whether they would make me a haircut, what I want - they said yes, and they said the highest price. Okay, no problem! 2. When I came, they put it in a chair - they immediately raised the price by $ 10 !!! This is 1/3 of the highest price! Nowhere is it said !!! 3. An elderly woman was cuttled. Asian appearance. Obviously not a master! Not skillfully, as if afraid! A haircut that cannot be less than half an hour was in just 15 minutes maximum !!! No rules, by eye !! Everything is very approximately !!! All the time, while I was sitting in a chair, she said what my thin bad hair I had, although not a single master never told me this! I have an experience of haircuts with both stylists and masters !! Everyone said that I had very obedient and good hair! And also she convinced me to buy a shampoo from them for $ 100 !!! And in the end, She did not dry my hair !!! And this is a third higher than the highest price !!! In the end - the hair does not lie, the haircut is terrible !!! Not professional !!! They just deceive you !!! Never go there to cut your hair !! And yes, I will tell it to all my friends and neighbors !!! And I will dissuade them from visiting your salon !!! Disgrace!!! You do not make haircuts - you just take money and also aggressively sell products for an inflated price !!!

Trang is a wonderful stylist and works really hard into providing best customer experience - she has been fabulous and guide me as well on how to take care of my hair by assisting with great products she has in the store for us. Also, the Sportsclip app works like magic, schedule your appointment online and you don't wait more than you are supposed to as the timing on app is very accurate.

Donna gave me a super good haircut as she did the fade really well and recommended good products for my hair type. She followed every single instruction of the haircut and guided me through it too. Overall, it was an amazing haircut

Scheduling an appointment is a joke at this place. Expect to wait 30-40 min with an appointment. Not once, but multiple times i had to wait 30 min or more to get a haircut. Might as well abandon the whole appointment system altogether.

I’ve been coming here since elementary school, and now I’m heading into my second year of college. All the stylists are amazing, but recently I had the chance to get a cut from Donna—and she seriously takes skin fades to the next level. Highly recommend!
