Stayed this past weekend and found a bed bug I was so freaked out I trapped it in a glass cup on the bed. Told the lady in the front desk and didn't do much. She said she would let her supervisor know and see what they could do for me. Haven't heard anything from the hotel management. Don't sleep in room 104

Well, it's official. The world has gone mad. I recently stayed at your hotel and couldn't find the one thing that makes life worth living - waffles! I mean, what kind of cruel and heartless world do we live in where waffles are not a given? Please bring back those waffle makers, ASAP. I'm pretty sure they're the only reason half of us get out of bed in the morning. On a brighter note, I have to say, your room was top-notch. It's like you've taken all the best things from a budget hotel, like a fridge and microwave, and then sprinkled in some luxury touches to create a heavenly blend. So, kudos to you for that. But seriously, bring back the waffles. My life depends on it.Update: Maybe they had an off day because I woke up the next day to WAFFLES. :)

I would definitely stay again. The room itself is very spacious. Equipped with microwave and fridge and living room area. Two separate bathrooms for the shower and toilet. Has a workstation and is 5 min from the John Wayne airport. Airport shuttle also available. Location cannot be beat. Reasonable price for parking at $17 a night. Parking was always available. Continental hot breakfast included - I didn't eat it but it looked decent. Housekeeping only on request. I declined the service but was easily able to request extra items such as towels and body wash. My only complaint is the front desk staff is too slow.

Love this place!!!!!I stay at so many hotels but rarely experience this level of friendliness from EVERYONE!!! From front desk, to housekeeping, maintenance, management, and food service workers. So many smiles! So many good morning. They are just getting it right. The only reason for 4 stars and not 5 is the configuration on the room. The AC unit is right next to the bed so you are either freezing or to warm. Also,, the bathroom is separated into two sections and it makes the setup awkward. Lastly, my bathroom had clearly been smoked in. It had a gross stale cig smell that I see really can't stand. Not their fault though. Really hard to get that smell out. If you are Looking for a low key, friendly place to stay.... Highly recommend.

I stay in Hotels an average of over 125 nights per year. There is one Hotel I will go out of my way just to stay there because of Roberto, The night audit manager. This man goes above and beyond to make your stay a positive experience. He greets you with a smile that just makes you feel wanted. Always follows through with requests. If Springhill Suites could clone Roberto they would control the entire hotel industry.Thank you Roberto for just being you..

Price/Night: $$$Parking: $$This is a good stay if you're on a business trip. The locations is minutes away from the airport and there are a lot of nice dining options around. There is a small gym that includes a couple treadmills, ellipticals, and a set of dumbbells. There's also a small pool as well. The standard business room is nice with the standard amenities. There is a separate areas that divide the bed and desk to get some work done in private. The couch can also be pulled out into another bed if necessary. The room includes a microwave and a fridge (although the freezer section of the fridge may not be the best). The Wi-Fi works well throughout the hotel as you can use it in the room or in the lobby. The lobby has a selection of snacks, drinks (including beer and wine), and frozen food that you can take back to your room. The complimentary breakfast is average, and doesn't include too many options. There is a few selection of breads and toast, cereal, and circulate through a selection of sausage biscuit and a sausage and egg combo. There's also a small selection of bananas and juices too. Breakfast is from 6:30am - 9:30am but the coffee is normally ready before breakfast is set to go. If your staying for a couple nights, this is a nice place.

Parking as of January 1, 2022 I remember it being free. Unfortunately, the inflation price hike wasn't enough profit for them. Walls are a tad thin, so you can hear neighbors on all sides. Front staff wasn't that helpful. My bed caved towards the middle, which was awkward, but was decently comfy.

My friends and I stayed here and got a 2 Queen Bed. Overall, the hotel was okay. It was standard-- nothing crazy to complain about. - Pros: - Although limited, they did have "free" breakfast. They had fruits, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, pastries, waffle maker, and eggs (only hot food) - The beds were quite comfortable-- not too hard and not too soft - Quite clean - The pull out sofa bed was a good size - Microwave/Mini-fridge - Had a dividing desk that separated the "living room" to the sleeping area - Great location - Cons: - $17 unsecured parking - AC was quite loud - The bathroom is quite weirdly organized (the toilet is in a different room than the shower) - The doors to the bathroom are sliding (sound does not diffuse- lol) and don't have locks It was a standard hotel-- I would come back

Just what we needed as an airport hotel! Clean, fresh, friendly and a great price! This was a perfect t place to hang the night before your flight. Large TV and separate "living room" area made for a spacious stay. The women at the desk were so very nice to us and the snack area was clean and packed with snacks drinks and alcohol if you wanted it. FANTASTIC STAY!!!
