I went in last minute to print some flyers for my school club and was sad to hear that they were backed up on orders and my flyers wouldn't be ready until the afternoon. After calling around to other print shops, I realized it would take me much too long to go there and get the job done before I had to be at school. I pleaded my case with Brittany and she was so sweet to accommodate by squeezing my order in and even gave me a couple extra copies! It was my own procrastination that led me to this situation but Brittany came in clutch!! Will definitely be coming back for future printing needs. Thanks Brittany!!

Staples Irvine is fantastic! The employees in the print department were friendly and easy to work with. Prior to dropping off my order I had gotten an estimate from FedEx and am so happy I then went to Staples. FedEx is a total rip off! FedEx's quote was $253 more than Staples. I will never return to FedEx again and will tell others to take their printing needs here. Thank you manager Stacey for all you help today. You and your team are the BEST!

My go to Staples! The ladies in the printing department are always so helpful and sweet. Irdyan has helped me out multiple times and I can't thank her enough for how simple of a printing process it is every time I go in. Id highly recommend going to this location!

I had a few last minute projects that needed a little extra attention. Jocelyn helped me out and went above and beyond!! I was so appreciative of how helpful she was!!! THEN I had another emergency in the same week and Yuridia helped me and again, amazing and attentive service!! So grateful for the Print Center Staff and the store staff is always SO friendly as well!!

I had business cards printed out and unfortunately there was a couple minor errors. Staples courteous staff was able to fix the problem almost immediately. These wonderful employees at the printing area, as well as throughout the store, including management, were all very friendly and helpful. I had to reward them with some strawberry croissants. Well done Staples Irvine!

I went in for cutting services at the printing center and Shannon was awesome!! Such great service and friendly attitude. It saved me so much time and frustration to be able to go in and have her cut my hundreds of flyers (4 on 1 page) all at once for such a reasonable price. The time and effort saved is totally worth it!!

I walked in wanting flyers. I didn't know how to order them. I'm not a very techy kinda person. But Jocelyn in the Printing Service helped me find exactly what I needed. I came out with black and white copies, card stock prints, and even laminated copies. This fits all my needs. She even helped me fix my page size which I had all wrong. I was at Office Depot on campus Drive the night before and didn't receive good customer service there.I'm really glad I came to this Staples and I will continue to come here for all of my small business needs. I wasn't feeling my trip here for a simple print . the first person I asked for assistance basically put me to the side with a rude tone . weird because I wasn't being rude so why ? anyways it turned me off so bad i took a picture of the instructions and chose to go read them in my car away from the workers . on my way out a totally separate worker on the complete other side of the store near the exit notices me walking out and comically instructs me to go around because i ain't getting anywhere on that side then laughs . like relax y'all it ain't my fault that you are feeling miserable but don't take it out on me I gracefully walked out the store and am now looking for somewhere better to take my business . If i'm going to spend my money somewhere the least that place can do is be cool and respectful

I have in this store and the manager I believe he was with name of Assus was very unprofessional handling customer. He seems not to want to help at all and make any excuse possible not to get the job done. Definitely not recommend going and will not buy buy from them again.

By far the worst customer service I have ever received. 2 girls working there looked too young to even be working and were so inconsiderate. Stay far away from this place.

Such great service. Prior to visiting this place I went to another Staples and was turned away from their printing services for business cards because the employee didn't know how to help me format my file correctly. When I came to this store, I believe her name was Jocelyn? She took the time to look at my file. Asked me to email different formats and finally was able to set the right dimensions. I appreciated this so much because I am not the best at printing my own cards. Anywho, she said my cards will be ready for pick up after 7pm but she called a couple of hours later and my cards were ready. Super 5 star service and will be back again!!

A long time ago I had a phone battery replacement done here. They still had a price list available for the services at their tech area so I inquired about it but the sales rep said they did not and the price list was old. As I was trying to confirm this with my friend that needed phone repair done and she asked another branch if they offered it and they said they did not, the information provided was either correct... or they did not want my business and were not trying to make it obvious. The sales rep said "exit is to your right" immediately afterwards either to me or another person in back of me (I couldn't gauge where their eyes were pointing at, but shortly afterwards someone pulled the entrance door open and exited through it). If this was directed towards me I was offended at this because I wanted to browse the store, and I thought he said this and did not attempt to make further sales pitches because he didn't like me in the store (at the time I was wearing something that I've overheard people say both positive and socially discriminatory comments about so it sounded like his opinion was negative). I've heard this sort of "polite denial" before, but it was usually because of my lack of social skills and not for my fashion choices. He got his wish if he did not appreciate my business. I browsed the store and, despite there being items I wanted to buy, I decided not to get them since their discount was not sufficient. Also, if the sales pitch was for the exit, I wouldn't say it's good either since one needs to walk past the cash registers to exit too, even if one is not buying anything. I'll stick with 2 since I can still buy other stuff, but I already don't like having to interact with human employees.

What a journey this visit was! I came in desperate and frazzled in need of a office supplies last week on a SERIOUS time crunch. I usually go to Walmart for supplies, but it was a dire situation. Minutes after entering the store I knew I was in good hands. This employee named Sol was incredibly kind, patient, and straightforward in helping me make my purchase. I had so many questions and get anxious about burdening workers too much but they were incredibly professional and friendly throughout my trip. Their customer service really has me questioning whether or not I really want to go back to Walmart for all my office supply needs if this is how it's going to be. 10/10
