This is about my third visit to Staples and once again, I was treated so well by your staff. Brittany started to help me and her computer broke and Anastacio took over and he was so accommoding and helpful to me. Every agent has been really great and I never really expected this treatment at all.

This review is for the excellent work provided by Vanessa at Staples on Barranca in Irvine. She was extremely kind and patient as we had to edit a funeral obituary pamphlet multiple times. She also helped us to edit a photo for the funeral service. Her professionalism and compassion was beyond measure! Despite being the only person at the printing department on the multiple days that we needed her help, Vanessa was extremely charitable and sweet. For all of your printing needs, I highly recommend Vanessa at Staples on Barranca. She deserves a raise and a huge vacation!

Overall, it offers good customer service and has a variety of products and options. Workers are helpful and friendly, including the manager.

the impudent woman did not help and did not return the money 20$!!!!! because the scanner simply did not work, and the money was written off!!! an elderly man was standing there, his money was also written off, but she stood there and smiled and did not help. You live in the last century with your devices! This is not the first time I have encountered you scammers!!

Every employee I've ever encountered at this place has been so helpful and kind. Staples is one of the only places around with a wide range of office supplies, GOOD printing paper, and I can get little printing jobs done. I sure hope they stick around.

That they refused to help me, if you need help to print or you are in a hurry don’t ever go to this place, I think they manager was called Jesus but he refused to give his last name when I confronted him and ask for a supervisor

Terrible service.
Unable to do anything IN store without extra charges (self-service machines down & offer FEW options).
Then Jesus wanted to charge extra to do sumple B&W copies "behind the counter."
Jesus NOT helpful or solutuon oriented, at all!
