Some of the team members are really nice. Orders are wrong about half time and when brought up, they aren’t entirely friendly. I was able to get my issue resolved with the main service number so that was helpful. I wish they would slow down a little to read order details like light ice. With that said, the drinks are usually made well.

I’m a regular consumer who always buy coffee at Starbucks. Today it was very weird i went to get my refill my drink i always order. This 6’6 black person gave me a Threat of my life. The young asain girl black long hair has her cell phone in her back pocket 5’0 to 5’5 months took her boyfriend or sugar daddy to be threatening people whoever is talking with her. So let’s do this? Fired that person for doing that to consumers or I will be the biggest lawsuit in Starbucks history never had before. Remember key of success is great customer service loyalty and discipline. This is not acceptable at all. I hope you will fired this person today. I love coming into this Starbucks they are family. Once someone does this problem it makes Starbucks looks bad. Ty for your understanding in the matter. Please take care of this matter before my lawyer gets involve. This person should not be working at Starbucks. I made it clear u need to fired that person. It’s not tolerate it at all. This person making Starbucks look bad poor customer service. No more Communication take care of it or my lawyer will.

I ordered a drink on Mobile, and it took over 15 minutes to make and the drink was wrong. I asked the cashier why my drink wasn’t being made and all he said was that “we are under staff.” As a boba barista my self I know that it could be overwhelming, however I see around 5-6 employees in the back and I believe the orders should be moving a lot faster. I didn’t buy a cup of coffee just to buy for a cup of ice… 4 shots yet I don’t taste much coffee flavor plus my order was wrong.

I am beyond happy with this store and specifically the team. Such amazing people that remember your name, nicknames, drink, and are always so friendly. Please forgive me for not remembering them all, but Joseph, Megan, Claudia, Emma, Isaac, and the entire team are high-energy professionals. I have loved being on the patio this past 6 weeks doing my laptop work, getting ready to open Pet Evolution in the same shopping center. This team is truly PAWESOME!!!

They are horrible. I have ordered two ice chocolate lattes, which are supposed to be drunk with straws. I and other customers told that there are no straws after drinks prepared. A guy asked why they sell products which requires straws to be drunk while they do not have any straws. The smart staff told us there are straws in the gas station so we could get it there if we like. Why would we go to a nearest gas station to get straws for out Starbucks drinks?

I have been a regular customer at this Starbucks for three years, and initially, the experience was delightful. The staff was always friendly and welcoming. However, recently, I've noticed a significant change in the atmosphere. Most of the familiar faces are gone, and the new employees don't seem to enjoy their work as much. It's disappointing not to see my regular workers who knew my order and name. Moreover, the service has become slower than before. I hope the management addresses these issues soon so that the coffee shop can regain its previous charm and quality of service.
