So happy a friend of mine told me about this place. Carlos truly cares about your goal and progress. He would push you to work hard and the best version of yourself physically and mentally. I'm the strongest I've ever been.

Loved my first class with Carlos!!! I was nervous to arrive at 6am on a Monday (Mondays are Leg Days), but the workout was efficient, effective, and so much fun!! I almost forgot it was a Monday lolz. Each workout targets and activates a muscle group- Definitely felt the pump. Carlos was coaching me throughout the class AND he gently provided corrections and injury prevention pointers. As an endurance athlete, I really appreciated the flow of the Leg Day class. Each set is perfectly timed to prioritize quality of the movement mindfully, rather than speeding through mindlessly. Parking was super easy, which is always a plus. The space is also very clean with lots of breathing room! On top of that everyone in the class is supportive, kind, and ready to get swoll!!! If it's your first time- I highly recommend joining on a Monday at 6am!! This place is awesome and inclusive for anyone starting or leveling up their fitness journey.

I couldn't be happier with my progress over the last year. Carlos has also continued to help me avoid re-injury (sports, accidents, surgeries and poor technique occurring before Stayfit OC). Im 41 years old, and have had many sports injuries, so I appreciate how well the program challenges you to increase strength, but also endurance. I have brought co-workers and my teenage son as well. They are all very impressed with his ability to help everyone as an individual, while keeping us focused and progressing.

I've been going to StayFit for close to a year now and love the workouts. It has been hard for me in the past to consistently workout but StayFit makes it easy. The workouts are fun and challenging. The owner Carlos is an amazing motivator. I highly recommend you check out StayFit
