Tables dirty. Employees favor some customers over others. I wonder if that's because they are regular tippers. My money is good too, though. Either way, I felt I was unappreciated as a customer. Sandwich was good, but those making them should try being a little more cheerful. Cookies were stale too.

App helped me save money - cant complain. This palce is a great option for a quick, affordable, and customizable sandwich. The fresh ingredients, variety of options, and budget-friendly prices are solid.

I frequent the subway at Jeffrey and Irvine Center Drive (Irvine). It has been very constant over the years. Since the start of the Pandemic I almost alway do curbside pickup. The order has always been ready at the time given in the order confirmation email / text and has always been 100 percent correct.

We went on Sunday and had to wait a little but got seated soon. The Hakata soup base is Tonkotsu pork with thin noodles, which is my choice. You can ask for different noodles with extra charge. I really like their pork fried rice, it's a must to try next time you go there, delicious.

Like everyone is complaining about the guy with chains. He is rude and over charges. I didn't get a receipt, and have noticed how they want a tip for bad service. I even tipped, but no napkins, and no hi or hello. The Mexican lady there is nice. We should all ask the price before ordering or call them out about the over charge at all the locations.

Two days ago, I came into subway to order a sandwich at the time of 8:15. Everything was going well until I gave the lady the money to pay. I payed 50 dollars and it was obvious that she saw it as 50. The total of the subway was 10.66 dollars. She gave me a change of 9 dollars exactly even though the change was 9.34 dollars. I didn't look at the money because I didn't realize i’d get scammed. Yesterday, I opened my wallet and looked back at the money and I realized I only had 9 bucks. I looked back at the receipt and it stated that I payed her 20 dollars. It was obvious she scammed me. I came back today to tell the workers about the situation and they said none of them could help me. Thanks subway. I still need my change back.

Once you find the chicken that was supposed to be in my sweet onion teriyaki chicken sandwich, do let me know! And it better come in the form of a refund or a reimbursement because this isn't what I paid for!

Came to get me a Tuna Sub this morning and was pleasantly surprised how clean and neat everything was. I don't come to this location often since last time I came here the meats and produce looked like a disaster, and the woman who was making my sandwich had an attitude. This time it was a very nice friendly man who did a great job setting everything up and making my sandwich just how I like it which I don't get often at any Subway. I really appreciated that he didn't just slap everything onto the sandwich and actually took his time making it look nice and spreading everything evenly. Great person to come to contact with in the morning and set yourself up for the day in positive mood. Love it, keep it up!

Great food, and customer service. The staff was really friendly and even though the restaurant is a bit small and croweded it didn't really matter. Parking around the restaurant is a bit hectic, since it is in a big plazza, there are very limited parking spaces.

There is an employee here that was sneezing/coughing on the bread and sandwiches that he was working on.. Do not let this employee make your sandwich.. he was even told by the other employees not to do that while making a sandwich.. he told the other employees to mind your own business.Unfortunately i cannot pronounce his name.. His name starts an S.

For Aliso Park shopping center :Terrific tuna (no cheese ; no toast ) on wheat 6 inch , w tomato only and light oil and heavy vinegar .Fountain soda just fine .Eager to please staff.
