Worst subway! Stood there for a long time. No acknowledgement what so ever and would rather prepare an online order instead of helping who is in-front of them. If someone would have atleast said we’ll be right with you I would have been more understanding.

The food is the same as any other Subway. Service is okay. I’ve only ordered online and almost every time I go pick it up the order isn’t ready even though I pick it up about 5-10min pass the estimated ready time plus there’s something missing in the order sometimes. I shouldn’t be checking my order every time for the full order to be there. The place needs cleaning every time I go and soda machine always needs the syrup to be replaced.

Service 0 star.Online ordered through subway app. Order was sent with a wrong item.Called to get help and they suggested to handle through doordash who handled only the delivery of the order.Another person told me to void the order on the web. There is no such option but now the store does not take my call.A simple fix would've been fine but just really hurt the subway reputation.

Another miss... I had a negative experience a few weeks ago but wanted to give this place another shot. Placed a mobile order at 1:45pm and it said it will be ready by 1:05pm.. Arrived at 1:03pm and they didn't even start preparing my order. 3 employees and 2 customers when I arrived. Once they saw me, they started my order. I didn't get out of there until 1:13pm.

Terribly unprofessional!! The lady today couldn't take a few minutes to set up my tray order for my employee luncheon today and instead hung up on me and now isn't answering the phone at all. Wow great job!!!

I regularly go here but today it's horrible today an Asian couple were there the service is horrible the lady was arrogant she didn't not even consider to our request if you are so lazy why do be such a job very disappointing

Nothing is more frustrating than repeating yourself 3-4 times because they are not listening. Even after that, they still get the order wrong. Don’t offer to fix the issue in anyway. There are sooo many sandwich shops around here. This is a place you only go to for convenience and if you don’t care if that the order is wrong.

I just recovered from salmonella from a Subway sandwich purchased here. I know it was salmonella because my wife got sick as well (it was the Italian BMT) and as an RN, she knows the symptoms. Was bad in the first 24 hours, but we are recovered.

So apparently I'm the only person who knows what to expect when I enter Subway. I see a lot of complaints about this Subway as though it reflects or somehow symbolizes societal apathy in some broader context, like corporate Subway is waiting to refresh its Culver/Irvine Blvd location Yelp page to catch the latest scoop on how some shmo feels about the meat selection. I don't know, perhaps I'm the only person who has been to Subway across our fine country. Normally when I go when I'm in Missouri or New York, I see a table full of meats, veggies, and bread. There is an occasional non-fountain drink, some chips and a weird place to eat that wouldn't be described as nice or clean. This location is different. This location is very clean, its staff are excellent and the food is as expected. What else do we want? I have made mistakes when I come here too, I might on occasion look at my iPhone while I'm waiting on the person in front of me to check out, only to realize that the person working there is waiting for me. To that person I say: I'm sorry. Subway doesn't have the chance to tell me about their petty opinion of my behavior and yet we the public do. It's kinda crazy. I wish restaurants would stick up for themselves more often. Anywho, good food, good people. There's nothing surprising about this location, but its employees are a gem. I hope the owner is paying them well.

I'm not one to leave bad reviews but consider this a warning to future customers and to the current employees at this establishment to fix their customer service. I came to this Subway for a quick lunch a couple days ago, food was as you would expect in terms of quality though the employee making my sand-which didn't recall one of the details of my order but that was okay compared to what happened next. Upon being rung up I just paid with my card as would be any other transaction. I pulled out my card as soon the screen said "payment accepted you may remove the card now!" So since I can read I did so. But supposedly the "payment didn't go through" according to the lady that rang me up (even though I clearly saw a receipt pop up from the machine). So I gave her the benefit of the doubt and just paid for my lunch again expecting it to go through this time. But upon checking my bank account I was indeed CHARGED TWICE. Although irritated, I just wanted to bring it up to her to confirm that I was indeed charged twice and see if I can get a refund since I assumed it was a mistake. I get met with a "No, I only have one payment on my end" despite me showing her on my card that I was charged twice. She called what I expected to be the GM of the store only to tell me that "this is a normal occurrence and that the extra charge will return to me in a couple days". I'm making this review days after that after disputing THE EXTRA CHARGE THAT NEVER CAME BACK myself. Only confirming that this establishment not only stole money from me but lied straight to my face about getting my money back in the hopes I would forget. If this is a "normal occurrence" then I feel bad for the regulars that attend this location. Please for those that actually made it to the end of this essay of a review. DO. NOT. GO. TO. THIS. SUBWAY.

Service was horrible! Never coming back! Kevin was rude and completely out of line! After spending OVER $60 on sandwiches he had the nerve to insult my mother in law for putting a sprinkle of lemonade in her 8oz plastic cup. Especially after spending $9 on 3 soda cups! Ridiculous.

My gosh everyone, read the reviews and you’ll see this place is simply awful. The ladies working at the front are extremely unprofessional. I specifically asked for no cucumbers and she puts cucumbers right on top! I asked her to also remove the tomatoes because the cucumbers leave an awful taste. Update in my sandwich; it seriously tasted awful because of the cucumber taste it left in the sub. Go back and get a new one? I have 3 minutes left for my 30min lunch hour! This place is awful. Of course I don’t expect perfection, but is everything okay with the girl up at the front?
