  Our stylist was great with our son who is 10. She was patient and listened to his explanation of what he wanted (without any input from me) and just looked at me to confirm if I agreed (which I did). She was fast and efficient and checked once with me if the length was good for us both. And of course the lollipop at the end made my son even happier. We will both be back.

  This was my first time getting my hair colored, and unfortunately I went to this salon, the result was horrible. The color was uneven, did not suit me at all, and left my hair looking damaged and dull.
  
  What made the experience worse was the lack of any proper consultation before starting the process. No one really asked me what I wanted or guided me on what would work best for my hair. Instead, the stylist looked at a random picture and said, “That’s the exact color I did,” which was not true. I felt like my concerns weren’t understood at all.
  
  I left the salon extremely upset and had to go elsewhere to get my hair corrected, which meant I ended up paying twice for the same service. For a service as important as hair coloring—especially for first-time clients—I expected more care, professionalism, and honest communication. I truly hope this feedback is taken seriously so that others don’t go through the same disappointing experience.
