I still have an issue with my T-Mobile phone. I don't get internet while out and about. However, Ivan @tmobile was incredibly helpful and spent an hour trying to troubleshoot it. I really appreciate it. His professionalism and has determination to help me. I highly recommend Ivan. What a great employee/ person.

I was cheated by at&t before and had bad experience with customer Service.I decided to switch to T mobile since they have better plan.People working there are friendly but not professionally trained.Damien ordered wrong phone and I brought that back there to get the right one.Damien was not there andfirst response I got was "call 611" and she was careless and not ready to listen and resolve the mistake they made.I finally got helped by Walter who was very professional and knowledgeable and resolved the issues.Workers there must be trained well like Walter to give proper help and resolve the issues which might occur.

A+ Experience, Damien there helped me switch form Verizon to Tmobile, and get a new iphone 15, i'm super happy with the customer service, Damien went above and beyond as i had my doubts the deal could be so sweet, but he confirmed everything and made sure i left knowing exactly what i'm paying monthly and what plan i had. Highly recommend this location..

I don't usually do this but you know what I don't even know where to begin this T-Mobile and the also the agents and supervisors on the main T-Mobile not the store ones four people I went through I was at T-Mobile for the last 4 days I've had two heart attacks and I was in the hospital last night cuz my heart's bad again I'm not saying it's because of them but they got me so stressed out it was so funny cuz last night at 9:00 I think they left early one guy would smell like alcohol I am so annoyed with this company I've been I've had T-Mobile for years a lot of my business partners do we all have a meeting today I think we're to shut it down they were so rude to me and I've been through a lot with T-Mobile the last two years and this girl pulled up and her and I started talking we are Googling yelping over and over again today to see how how you how those guys feel at T-Mobile they are okay nice kind of guys cocky they thought you know try to give up the upper hand and be controlling I don't think so not when your customer service idiots they all need to be retrained and it's very sad to have to feel that way and have to waste your days and nights three of them talk to four supervisors also the guarantee they were going to make it right make it perfect and they also they were and they made it worse so I am going to be down there today I came home with worse than what I had and no money so you know what I'm not going to roll that way no it was a very simple simple procedure and it ended up being a nightmare just like last time so we're all thinking about canceling T-Mobile as a business as a whole so we'll be happy with that because you guys had the worst customer upper supervision and lower they only everyone needs to be retraining that company they look cheap I take care of my phones I saw the LG stylus 6 and the box was not one crack on it they laughed at me well you know what I'm demanding a razor with a f****** cover excuse my mouth because none of your products that are lower end come with cases it's just so happens everyone's out of them you know so you guys really need some work I know the one at Lake Forest is worse than yours a couple of guys are nice there but a couple of them need to be smacked in the face how cocky they were and room they were to me we're all going down there probably again today so can't wait to see it cuz we're going to solve this s*** cuz now I'm pissed it's an urgent care for 2 hours last night cuz my heart cuz the T-Mobile that didn't go to work for me and the girl said the same thing that was there her name was I can remember her name I know it's confidentiality but we're going to be posting a lot I know I am as close my kids and my business partners because I'm upset I was and I had the energy to do extra s*** like this for T-Mobile that is pathetic great review guys

I came here on two separate occasions to turn in my old phone for a trade in. Both times, it was relatively busy inside the store, but I had completely different experiences. The first time, although busy, several employees greeted us and let us know that there would be around a 15-20 minute wait, and promptly took my name down. Then entire process went smoothly, and I was finished pretty quickly. The second time I came here, no one bothered to even greet or glance at us. I just awkwardly set down on a bench and waited for someone to help me. After around 10-15 minutes of waiting, someone finally came up to us and got my name. After that, the process went pretty smoothly as well, but that first impression just left a bad taste in my mouth. Hopefully I'll get to have a better experience if I go here next time.

Courtney made my experience phenomenal. I really think it’s a hassle to do anything but Courtney went above and beyond to handle everything with my service switch and getting a new phone. I just had to sit there and she did it all. She made a stressful process so easy. I’ve also sent my best friend over here to see Courtney too because she made it so easy for me. I’m really happy to recommend anyone here.

Bryan M. was in a word: OUTSTANDING. When we told Bryan what we needed, he knew immediately what phone and what service we needed. Not once in the entire time we were in the store (a lengthy time because we needed 5 phones), anyway, not once did he try to upsell us. Not once did he attempt to get us to purchase something we did not need or could not/would not use. Bryan was also a wealth of information. He answered all our questions quickly and accurately, and we had more than just a few questions. Bryan M. is the role model and someone who all salespersons ought to learn from and copy. He is a great credit to T-Mobile and most definitely ought to be significantly recognized (pay raise?) for being a such a tremendous asset to T-Mobile. Dr. Marv C

All 5 stars are for Bryan M. He provided my family great customer service. He is so phone knowledgeable, fast service, great sales person, patient and polite. He has polished leadership skills. He deserves a great kudos!!! He is a very good asset to the company (T-MOBILE)!!

The location is excellent, but these employees not that greate as much as location. It appears they are just looking to spend their working hours without being very helpful. I won't be returning to this branch.

I came to this store to port my number from Mint Mobile and join a family plan. I still had 2 months left with Mint, but since I couldn't get data in crowded areas (due to data deprioritization), I decided to switch. The rep who helped me was nice and friendly, however, she was very sloppy. I repeatedly asked her about the plan, what I would get when I transferred, and she confirmed it would be the same as everybody else in the family plan. She assured me that if I am unhappy, I can always cancel and go back to Mint. Big mistake, Mint is an MVNO, and once you leave, everything is wiped out. Mistake #1: I trusted her. So, she proceeded with the number transfer, and to our surprise, I didn't have any data. Just voice and text. She questioned my phone. I explained that it's unlocked and has been working fine with Mint Mobile, which is using the T-Mobile network. She contacted the manager, the manager asked her to wait for 10 min. She even asked to reset my network settings (wiped out my WiFi and Bluetooth). Mistake #2: I believed that the rep and manager are knowledgeable. After 10 min, still no data, and once again, she questioned my phone. After spending another 15 min checking my phone's settings, eventually she told me that she would look deeper into the family plan. That's when she found out that any new line added would only have voice and text, but no data. To get data (which is only 6GB), I needed to add an extra $15 per month. Yes, I learned that I needed to pay extra after the number transfer. They didn't honor the price agreement they gave me before the switch. I didn't have a choice, so with a heavy heart and feeling being cheated, I agreed, thinking and hoping that once I got home I could switch back to Mint. So far, no apology, no offer to make things right. A simple apology, and refunding my $35 activation fee would set things right. I went home, and I called Mint. I was wrong, everything was wiped out, and there was no way back. The lesson I learned: Never trust these reps and even the manager. They're sloppy, and they don't have the customers best interest at heart. I hope you don't make the same mistake as I did. Note: I am thinking of filing a complaint to BBB and other agencies.

This is just awful. I've held a grudge against T mobal for a long time and now I can't keep quiet any longer. First of all. The connection is disgusting, even though they write everywhere that they have the best coverage. It isn't. Even in Irvine there is no cell service in many places. Next. My cell phone was disconnected today. Even though I have autopay. There was a glitch in their system, and what did they do? No, they didn't call me, they didn't ask me to confirm my payment information, these rascals just disconnected the connection. And I couldn't recover it on my computer because their database crashed. I went to their office on my lunch hour. 12 noon sharp. There was one person in line in front of me. One! I waited for almost two hours. There were five other people behind me. I understand that these people will sit there until closing time. I do not recommend T mobile. Go to a bunch of offices of other normal companies where you will be served quickly and not have your phone disconnected in the middle of the day. Disgusting.
