Was here this past Sunday and the employee had such an attitude that we walked in. She was more concerned with watching the Super Bowl than make a sale. I was looking to purchase an iPhone when she stated my phone was cracked. Stating the obvious why I was in there to get a new one. Overall terrible experience. People are better off just ordering online. Hope this helps someone that’s looking to shop here- my advice is DON’T!!!

Just walked in to see if they could check on the status of my order since it's backordered, and the rep just said the order is backordered. Didn't even offer to check the order or try to assist in any way

I’m writing to express my extreme disappointment with the service I received at your store recently. I encountered a situation with one of your team members, Karen, who was not only unable to resolve my issue but also displayed a disrespectful and unprofessional attitude towards me.Initially, I gave Karen the benefit of the doubt, assuming that she may be a new team member and still learning the ropes. However, when I contacted your support team, they were able to promptly and efficiently address and rectify the problem. It was at this point that Karen's behavior took an even worse turn.Karen's disrespectful tone and lack of professionalism towards me, a loyal customer, was completely uncalled for. I am deeply disappointed that a representative of your store would treat a customer in such a manner. This experience has left me questioning how you value and appreciate your clients.I hope you take this matter seriously and address it appropriately. As a loyal customer, I deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism when I choose to shop at your store.

I called bc I had been having problems w/ my service for a while now, obvi I have called 611 & and tried the app & when I explained that to the employee she said "ok" , that's it no follow up or anything! I understand there's things employee at a store can and can't do vs calling 611 but what is "OK" supposed to do for me when i'm overpaying? At this point I have canceled my service because although it's the most inexpensive it is not worth dealing with ppl who aren't willing to help. :(

I went to the Apple Store and got a new phone. One of their systems was down so I had to go to the mobile in order to get my phone activated. After a couple weeks I notice it isn't working amazing. They misconfigured my e-sim and my service has been messed up since then. I figured setting up an eSIM would be easiest for them to do.

I ordered a booster for my phone on account of bad reception in my new apt. It was $25.00 which I get back when I return it. Asked it they had my new address which he assured me he did. Been 2 weeks and 4 phone calls to them and 2+ hours on the phone as of aug. 18th. They had the wrong unit number, so now they cancelled the order, waiting for it to come back to their office. So they want another $25.00 to start over.... nice job T-Mobile. Shopping elsewhere.....HORRIBLE service I'll post again when/if I get my refund.

Update the call I made on may 5th didn't resolve anything and the person over the phone falsely promised my refund would be processed when no such thing was even possible from their end. I spoke with customer care today May 9th for an hour and finally figured out what went wrong. When our order was canceled they never canceled our credit being used for that purchase. I am so fed up. So I have to go to this store specifically to fix it.

Lack of stock on common phones unless you only want the lowest storage phone in black. Some staff helpful, others very very unhelpful. Shady company with lots of hidden fees. They all are shady though.

Yohana and Keinthia are the nicest! They're very professional and finished my business quickly even though they had other customers, the staff gdy along great and work well together unlike other T-mobiles I've been to. Two thumps up, definitely recommend ?.

I came to this T-Mobile after doing a few other things in the Spectrum. I always make it a point when I receive great service to let people know and the company. There are 3 people that gave me outstanding service, the first was Yohana, she went above and beyond while helping multiple people all to make sure I was well taken care of, next is Raphael, I had a long talk with him and he really makes it a great working environment for everyone there but also made sure to make me feel welcome and special as a customer, last but not least is Kynthia, she took the time to make sure I received everything I need before I need.
