Placed a pick up order for some fruit and received a HALF EMPTY bag of limes. I asked them if I could replace them with a full bag (since that’s what I paid for) and customer service said “there’s nothing I can do about it”. They refused to help swap them for another bag.

Victoria 1/25/25 1:15 pm. Busy afternoon with a lot of customers at the store. Waiting at the self checkout but Victoria the cashier next to the self checkout she was helping customers. Friendly smile, honest greetings, servicing a customer while keeping an eye on the next customer and calling them to keep the flow going. This is an VERY effective way to clear the lines out. We’ll be happy to return to any store when we receive this outstanding customer service.

Trying to find an employee in the store to help with finding a product, difficult. Trying to find an employee who wants to help without acting like they are being bothered, nearly impossible.

Beware of buying gift cards from this store front. I bought a $200 gift card in April during the Target circle special. And when I came back to use it, the cashier scratched out the seal for the numbers proving it has never been used before and they told me I have a $0 balance. I was scammed out of my cash value. Target is letting hackers steal your gift card balance without you even sharing it. BEWARE!

Severely understaffed. Their website and app are both horrible too. Really not worth it to shop at Target anymore. There are so many better options now, downsizing is good. Spend less, shop here less.

I can always easily find what I’m looking for. It’s clean and well organized and sometimes I just go there to clear my mind. It’s quite peaceful in there.
