Terrible customer service at the pick up counter. Annie was extremely rude during pick up order.

This is the target I usually go to! The woman at customer service was very helpful and nice. Although she was the only one at the desk, doing everything….taking returns and getting purchases ordered online. The line was getting longer and longer. Two of the managers were standing together chatting and I mentioned to them as I walked past someone should go help in customer service! They said two employees called in sick. That was it!! They did not help or send anyone over to help the customers! That doesn’t sound like the TARGET way of doing business to me!!

The self checkout lady named Annie is extremely rude. She was not being patient with anybody. We had a few questions and she used a tone as if she was frustrated or annoyed. She treated everyone the same and was slamming products into the basket. Her name is Annie.

The check out line was held up for five minutes so that the customer ahead of me could fill out a credit card application. When I complained to the manager, he gave me a voucher for $5 worth of store credit for my trouble. When I tried to redeem the voucher a week later, the manager refused to honor the voucher without giving me an explanation.

Next time if you’re selling something in a pair, like a box and lid. Can you make sure you have both of them in your storage? Ran to the customer service and the deal was asking me to go all the way to the other end to take a lid from another color. Came back to the customer service to purchase up front ( which the cashier told me I could) and was told I need to go back and line up at the cashier again. Really frustrating experience

I always have a great experience at this target, and drive up is so convenient for me as a mom of 2.

Suuuper cool dude, since he was super tall he was able to put the heavyish things back in my cart :D

HAPPY SMILING SERVICE ! You know we didn't even know this Target existed.....just not on our local shopping radar. After picking up some stuff at World Market we needed to hit a Target and the GPS led us here. No trouble parking in the huge parking lot. The main item we were interested in and wanted to see was a 3 piece outdoor patio set ( folding table and 2 folding chairs ) which we had spotted at Target online. My wife and I wandered around the aisles looking for their outdoor furniture section but couldn't find the 3 pce patio set. In the end a sweet Target employee named Sara helped us. After showing Sara the photo from Target online we were told it was an online purchase only. OH WELL ! Sara did direct us to where we could grab some small paper plates. Along the way we saw the Gatorade display stand and grabbed 3 flavors in the regular size. After finding the paper plates we headed to the checkout. A lovely cashier named Alex was very cheery checking us out. This Target is nowhere near where we usually shop so this was probably a one off visit. HUGE STORE !

12 self checkouts and never open why?
If you close the lines at least have your cashier's be friendly and prompt

I was told that the self-checkout is for 10 items or less, and I had 11 items. Seriously? I find this incredibly irritating, especially when the regular lines are so long and the self-checkout line is nearly empty. Despite my frustration, I was willing to follow the rules and didn't use the self-checkout. However, it’s disappointing that the store doesn't offer more flexibility to help speed up the process for everyone.

I returned 2 separate items to Target yesterday. One with a recent receipt which they immediately credited my Target Credit Card and the second item was a gift so I got a store gift card with the amount of the sale on it. This was perfect and I went to look for a size small men's belt to replace the medium sized one my father had received as a gift. Unfortunately, I was told Target does not stock size small in men's belts at all -- only size medium and above. My father is a very slender guy so unfortunately I will have to search online somewhere else for it. While I was at Target I also searched for a half slip for myself, which I could not find. It seems that no one carries half slips anymore. I guess I'm just old fashion because I don't want to wear those binding Spanks things. I will also try looking on line. I was able to find the toiletry and beauty items I was looking for. Target is good to deal with when having a return, but doesn't always have the specialty item you are looking for.
