I bought a few of these solar flame lights. One did not work. Contacted customer service. No hassle what so ever. Emailed the receipt and a few pics and they sent me a replacement ASAP. This is what customer service should be like. Thank you Ted!

Broken part was delivered. Contacted Techko directly with a picture and receipt. Was sent out a replacement immediately and then followed up with an email to check if it arrived okay. Great customer service!
