This is one of the worst companies, once you buy an item then they will never pick up your phone. Their customer service sucks. Call their customer service before ordering anything, I am sure they won't pick up your call.

Great company! Bought a replacement screen on eBay and even though it arrived cracked they sent me another one with no hassle. I would definitely buy from them again!

VERY satisfied with my product and with CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I called customer service and told them that I needed my product ASAP. They informed me that I could pay extra and get it shipped that day. The lady I spoke with at Customer Support, called and talked with the Tech Department to confirm I was ordering the right part. She even sent me an email as soon as the package left, giving me the tracking number. Best experience I have had with a Customer Service phone call. I will use this company every time.

Purchased an item off eBay and they refused to refund me after it arrived broken. eBay closed the case because I had put the word "disassembled" in the details when talking about removing the screen after testing. We are being forced to file suit to try and receive our money back. Uncooperative business, fails to respond, and I could go on and on. Luckily I have an attorney on retainer for these types of issues. If you're going to deal with this company, I advise you have one as well!

Purchased a replacement keyboard for my Dell Latitude E7440. The item was packaged well, but the aluminum base was bent along with the connection tabs. The back-light feature went out within a week and the mouse became erratic, eventually rendering the keyboard and laptop completely useless. Eventually the keyboard became completely non-responsive. This merchant is no longer available on Amazon, so normal returns are no longer possible. I'm having my company IT Department replace the item. Don't waste your time or money with this company!

Placed an order online and received the wrong part a week later. My customer was very upset so I called and asked if they could overnight me the correct part and they refused. They promised to send the part priority mail and ended up only sending first class. I would not do business with this company again.
