Worst supercharging situation I've ever seen. Follow the line of other teslas trying to find how to even get into the stupid structure... after multiple gates closed, u need to figure out the code to even get in the gate to utilize chargers . The charger line up is all over the place. Worst ever!!!

Nice parking structure, easy to get into. I would like to know how much time on my parking ticket I have so I can charge appropriately. I assume that they give enough time for a full super charge (90%)

Chargers are maxed out at 56kw/h. Probably so that it takes longer to charge so that you end up paying more for parking.

You have to pay for parking to charge here. It’s $1.50/15 minutes. I won’t be going back but it is a well lit and clean parking structure.

TESLA CHARGERS: You need the code AS you enter. Even after learning this and hoping to have had receive grace from the parking office, I was charged the incorrect amount. Office staff was NOT HELPFUL.

Charge at your own risk. Everything is ill-marked so good luck finding it. And after you do THEY WILL CHARGE YOU $12 for parking. The trick — and it is a trick — is they say they will only validate for 45 minutes.Which means they don’t pro-rate your time — you end up paying the full rate of $12 for the “privilege” of parking there for 46+ minutes and up. Just as if you’d parked there for lunch or some other reason. It’s beyond enraging and preposterous. The arrogance of treating people this way is frustrating and disappointing. It’s not the money as much as it is the principle. Why choose such a location if you can’t make accommodations for your customers to utilize it!?Sad!

If another Tesla owner didn't help me get in I wouldn't have been able to get the code for free parking. The instructions are very confusing.

This Tesla Supercharger is in the same parking structure as Sol Cocina, Porch & Swing, and Kit Coffee. If you're going to any of the associated restaurants, you can get validated parking. Otherwise, you can find the parking garage code on your Tesla screen. Just follow the instructions laid out for you at the ticket gate. Tap on the red location icon for this supercharger and you'll see the code. It's small so I didn't see it at first. Since I had a bit of an issue, a parking attendant came over to help me. If you are just charging, the first 45 minutes is validated with your Tesla screen code. Since I had time to kill, I went over to Kit Coffee to grab a $5 cold brew and the barista gave me a parking validation ticket.

This shouldn't be advertised as a Tesla supercharger. Entering the garage is complicated, especially with cars behind you. My app gave a gate code that didn't work. The car navigation gave no code at all. 75kwh and charged at 36kwh, not parked near any other charging cars. Never again... this would SUCK for someone depending on this spot with a very low battery.

FREE PARKING FOR 45 MINUTES!! LOOK IN TESLA SCREEN FOR ENTRY CODE! Great location by the 405 and 55 freeway. There's restaurants and vending machines nearby.

YOU DO NOT HAVE TO PAY TO PARK FOR CHARGING. We needed to top up a rental Tesla before returning it at SNA, and almost skipped this location because all the reviews said you have to pay to park. However the "free parking" location on Michelson was a mob scene so decided to try this one instead. Their chargers are conveniently located just inside the entrance to the garage, and there was plenty of availability. The best part is they give you 45 free minutes for charging - just select "Tesla Validation" at the entry gate (or if you forget to do that like I did you can go by the parking office and get your ticket validated manually). If you stay longer then you only pay for the time spent over 45 mins. We were in and out in about 20 mins and then it's an easy half mile drive to the airport - very convenient.

This charger is located inside a parking garage. They charged extra for entering the parking garage, customer service wouldnt help even though I’m tesla customer who came for charging. I ended up paying a parking ticket as though I used the garage to park
