The Camp TC on Irvine is awesome. I've been there for a little over a year now and have seen considerable gains. In addition, I've become part of an awesome community and always look forward to catching up with gym mates before, during, and after workouts. The workouts are varied and never are boring, and the different personalities of the trainers add to the variety. I highly recommend this gym!

Hello fellow Googlers!!I started this journey not knowing where it would take me or how far I would take myself. When I first started at “ THE CAMP TC IRVINE” , I just wanted to start exercising in any shape sense or form and given that I need that sense of community and the discipline in a physical form, this was the place . The camp and it’s trainers are gritty and it’s not for the faint of heart . You come in and you walk out in a shower of sweat ( depending on how much effort you put in ) . Each trainer has a unique personality and I have grown to really enjoy how individually special they all are . You cannot go wrong with the “ The Camps” sense of community. There’s a saying that sounds cliche but it sticks with me everyday “ STAY FIT! DONT QUIT!!”

Long overdue review. I started at the camp in October with the 21 day challenge. This was a great introduction to what this facility offers. In 3 weeks I lost 4% fat, gained 3% muscle and 3 lbs. What I love about The Camp is that everyone is on their own journey and it's a non judgement zone. Everyone is friendly and there to workout ! Most are committed to the 6 week challenge aka 42 day transformation, but this gym really does fit everyone's needs. You will see those just starting their fitness journey and experienced members too. Oftentimes, you will see the staff partake in classes too. (That's how you know it's a good workout.) The workouts can be modified to your liking: beast mode or if you have an injury, just let the coach know. Personally, it's been a place to help with my mental wellness. For 45 min, I'm not thinking about anything else (except for IM TIRED) . All the stressful work and personal life is left at the door. Trust me the class goes by fast and you won't have the opportunity to think about anything else. They also offer elite classes where you can sign up for additional small group training, like spartan races or booty classes if you wish. Whatever your reason is, the staff will support you. If you're committed you can really change your life. As evident by the wall of fame, there are many people who have successfully completed the challenge and beyond. If you are looking for a place to enjoy working out and not do a challenge, you can do that too. The staff is so friendly and welcoming... From the girls working the front (shout-out Isabel and Jennifer) to the energizing coaches. It's the little things such as providing a name tag in each class that make a difference. They really do get to know you by name and instead of just being a numbered client you get to be a part of an AFF (awesome fit family). There are 3 restrooms, hand washing station, Cubby's to place your items and a water filling station. The coaches all have a different style but are motivating and will deliver a great workout. I'd say that Luis and Fabian have the best playlists. I usually take the evening classes but I heard the AM classes are just as good. Lastly, you can tell the director's are truly committed to operating a successful AFF and not just a business. They aren't just directors by name and investors in the background. There are often themed days and Thirsty Thursdays where you can get a discount on supplements. I love that you see Lalo coaching, working the front desk and leading seminars.

Love this place! Joined a few weeks ago and have been loving it since. Trainers and staff are super upbeat and encouraging. You get support and guidance throughout your work out. Music is great too.

I love coming to the camp, and I love the results I'm getting even more! I completed a 6-week challenge and was able to drop 26.3 lbs. I won't say it's "easy" to follow the plan and show up for the challenging workouts 5x each week, but it's definitely possible -- and super motivating to workout with the awesome trainers here. They are very encouraging, and every workout is different with great music. The best part is watching and feeling yourself getting stronger with each class...and getting the results you are seeking. I'm starting another challenge today, and I can't wait!!!

I found this on IG and just decided to start going. Jennifer was super sweet and had many options to fit my membership needs . Also informed me about challenges and other programs. This gym is weight training forward along with some cardio in between . I only wish they had a couple of showers in case I ever needed to go to work straight from the gym .

I did the 6 Week Hard Body Transformation.I would highly recommend this program if would like to lose 5% body fat or more. If you have the will power and FTDI (Follow the Damn Instructions), you will succeed.My 6 weeks Transformation Challenge ended on 2/17/2023. When I weighed that morning, I was down 7.2%. This was not an easy feat, but it is doable if you follow the STRICT diet, workout program (5x a week), and extra homework. The workouts were fun and challenging. The strict diet was the tough part. For me, I started on 1/9/23. The timing of when I started was tough due to some many events happening in my life. Lunar New Year festivities, cousins in town, SF and Mammoth trip; I was missing out on lots of good food.I want to thank the staff at TC but wanted to give a special shoutout to Jennifer and Fabian. Jennifer was always very helpful answering all my questions and concerns during the challenge. Fabian was a great training and very motivating. I really enjoyed his thoughts of the day.Lasty, my family and friends were also a great source of support during this time to help me accomplish this goal.

I joined the 6-week challenge for 20lbs lost and I got to say I wasn't disappointed. The trainers and staff here are absolutely here to help you achieve your goal. They help guide you through the process and truly care about your health and becoming a better you. At the beginning I did not know what I was getting myself into. The first few workouts are tough just because my body was not used to it yet, but as time goes in my body became used to it as I became stronger. I would say the hardest part of the whole challenge is staying on your diet. Diet is probably the most important facet in losing weight along with of course working out. Strictly eating clean food and of course drinking a gallon of water a day got tiresome after awhile but as I began to see results I was hooked. Seeing my body transform gave me additional motivation to work harder and mentally get myself into the program. The trainers as well kept pushing and pushing me which motivated me to work at 110%, even working out with them 2 and 3 times a day. But I will say as long as you follow the process and their plan you are definitely going to see results. If you want to get healthy and jump start your body, I would absolutely join The Camp. It would be the best decision you'll ever make.I plan on joining the next challenge of 5% body fat because I know the at the supportive staff and trainers will help push me to achieve my goal!

Went inside the camp to pay the final amount owed in person. Still getting emails that money is owed. Harrasment to the fullest. Non stop text messages.Trainers and workers inside the gym are all great.But the money side, the ownership side are scam artists moving the goal posts to get more money out of the you.Generic vanilla response coming soon about " we will try to do better" blah blah blah.

I successfully completed Camp Irvine TC's 6-week Hard Body Challenge!! The goal was to lose 5% body fat in six weeks, and I did it plus a little more!Those who know me well knows I am not a "gym" person by any definition of the word. So joining Camp TC was intimidating in and of itself, let alone joining the Hard Body Challenge during my first go. That feeling dissipated very quickly though, thanks to the friendly and helpful staff who were always there to answer my annoying questions, the amazing trainers/coaches who pushed me to my limits (out of love not fear), and the friendly and supportive regulars (my AFFs) who got me through to the end. The program was amazing! There's no gimmicks, no fat loss schemes, no false promises. They provide you with everything you need to know to succeed. All you have to do is show up, work hard, stick to the plan, and most importantly trust and enjoy the transformation process every step of the way. That's it! I'm so glad I joined. And now I'm hooked to this new healthy living journey. Camp TC is more than just a gym, it's truly a community. Hands down though, this WIN is dedicated to all the Camp staff, trainers/coaches, and my AFFs who continuously gave me the necessary encouragement, motivation, and feedback to keep pushing every day of the six weeks. I would not have done it without any of them! THANK YOU EVERYONE!! I'm ready for the next Challenge!!
