I want to give a huge thank you to Mary—I believe she is one of the supervisors here. I found her in the workroom, and she was incredibly kind and helpful.
We lost our key fob and car keys near the Del Rey Jacuzzi and were feeling hopeless about finding them. While others didn’t have many answers for us, Mary went above and beyond to help. She took the time to search and didn’t stop until she was able to track them down.
Her dedication and willingness to help truly made a difference. She turned a stressful situation into a positive one, and I can’t thank her enough. Mary, you are amazing, and your hard work does not go unnoticed!

This community The Village is a beautiful place. I want to thank Stephanie from the Sales team who showed me my apartment. Also a Big Thank you to Natalie from the leasing team (Resident Services) for taking good and prompt care of all the maintenance required before I moved in. She understood all the work required specially with the flooring and got it completely replaced with new hard wood floors and has agreed to get the patio cleaned up like new asap. I highly recommend renting a place in this community and working with Stephanie and Natalie. Thank you. 😊🙏🏻 I would request the Irvine company to take care of both Stephanie and Natalie.
03/01/25 - I would like to thank Ahmad and Bev, for taking such good care of my apartment # 1166 in Mirador in my absence when I was in India for a month. Thank you for extending the favor to take care of the fish and feed them every day and also water the indoor plants once every week. I truly appreciate you both doing this for me, as always Irvine company has been exceptionally good and has taken care like a family, especially when I do not have anybody over here in this area. This truly means a lot thank you again 😊.
10/22/24 - I would like to thank the maintenance team at the village apartment community. Special thanks to John, who leads the team. And one of his team members, Alex. They have always taken excellent care for the smallest item that required maintenance to the critical big items. They go above and beyond in ensuring the tenants are safe, and well taken care of by providing excellent, on-time and prompt services. They do not settle for anything less, but perfection. Thank you to John and the entire team for taking such good care and maintaining the property the landscape and ensuring it is beautiful and welcoming always. 👍🏼🙏🏻
06/12/24 - Natalie is super kind as she helped me feed my fish in my apartment when I was out of town so that they would not starve and die. The staff members at the Village community like Natalie are almost like an extended family specially when you do not have your immediate family around. Thank you very much Natalie. 👍🏼🙏🏻

Significant noise pollution in the neighborhood, not due to people, but because the apartment complex was constructed without proper sound insulation.
Marijuana smoking in the community.
Homeless individuals have been in the community for the past three days.
Some residents fail to clean up after their dogs.

I leased a studio in this apartment community last week. Yes, it's pricey, but it's walking distance to my workplace. And it's in a great neighborhood. Totally worth it.
I must give a shoutout to the staff members who helped me at every step of the process: Sean and Bev.
Sean was the first responder who called me when I expressed online interest in the apartment. He found an available unit for me, and helped me through the online application process. He even changed the move-in date with no penalty when I couldn't make the originally planned one.
Bev, at the leasing office, worked with me for uploading the documentation and making the payment. When I arrived to collect my keys on the move-in day, it happened to be her lunch hour. She could've told me to come back later—but she didn't. She stayed back at the office, handed me the keys, explained everything in detail, completed all the paperwork, and then left for lunch. Amazing dedication to her job!

Bev at the leasing office is absolutely amazing! She goes above and beyond to make sure residents feel valued and taken care of. From the moment I first interacted with her, she was professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. I've been living here for a little over 4 years now. When it was time for my lease renewal, Bev went out of her way to assist my needs. She truly sees the issue from the residents' perspective and has great skill in resolving it. She demonstrates her expertise in her job. I live at 4314 Spectrum. I'm a disabled person. I earn money from the Doordash business. My prosthesis is broken. I can't work. I'm married. I have two daughters. I went to the management office. I wanted to terminate early. The person working in the management office told me I had to pay 2 lease termination fees. I asked them to help me. I can't afford to pay 2 rents. Unfortunately, she couldn't help me. It made me very sad. Now I have no choice but to wait to be evicted. I understand that they want to enforce the terms of the contract, but I was hoping they would understand a disabled person asking for help. They can easily find a new tenant when I move out. They don't need to charge me two lease termination fees. I wish such a large apartment complex would be more solution-oriented towards a tenant in difficulty.
Unfortunately, I left my beloved home and the U.S. If I hadn't had health problems, I would have continued to live in this beautiful apartment.

NO AC GOR 3 days and they didn’t send nobody in my unit to fix it . this apartment is too expensive for poor quality of living . put cameras in the mail room I dont understand who take packages this ridiculous

My husband and I moved into The Village at Irvine Spectrum in January 2023, and our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, especially given the high rent and the extremely poor quality of the housing and management. Since the beginning, management has dismissed our concerns and even laughed at us when we raised serious issues about our unit.
From the start, we've faced multiple maintenance issues that required repeated service visits without real resolution. Despite claims of a recent renovation, we found twisted cabinet doors that wouldn't close, dented countertops in both the kitchen and bathroom, and a shower faucet that wasn’t properly installed. It fell off shortly after we moved in, and even after repairs, it remains loosely attached to the wall. The toilet has also broken down multiple times. Beyond these issues, our package pick-up codes stopped working, and although the service manager promised to resolve it months ago, nothing has been done. When we reached out to the office for help, we were told to "fix it ourselves."
The apartment also has a persistent cockroach problem. While pest control addressed it once, the issue has persisted without any real follow-up. For a complex that markets itself as a "luxury community," the customer service and maintenance are abysmal, causing us constant stress with no solutions in sight.
The final straw was signing a lease renewal without being informed that major construction would begin just a month later directly below us. For the past three months, we've endured nonstop banging so intense that items have fallen off tables. Working from home is impossible, and even using the balcony has become unbearable. We were promised no construction on weekends, yet every Saturday has been a nightmare, with unbearable noise disturbing our only rest days. Despite numerous complaints, management has offered no remedy—not even a rent reduction. Each attempt to raise these concerns has been met with mockery, and we're left with no choice but to take legal action. The emotional toll and impact on our health have been significant.
DO NOT MOVE HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Save yourself the time, money, and stress.

There are many people who help make the living at the Villlage a great experience. Ahmed, a gentleman who works often at the front desk and answering calls, is an awesome guy.
I’ve had the privilege of knowing him for almost 2 years, and can honestly say that he has amazing integrity, he follows through on every task that he agrees to, and demonstrates a high amount of empathy.
From Service repairs, facilitating changes in a lease, and giving assurances when challenges arise on the property, I feel that he has done an above average and exceptional job at making me feel supported and heard.
He is a polite, respectful person, who takes care of people as though it’s his own family, and when you get to know him, he’s pretty funny .
Ahmed is one of the people here that makes the experience a good one for many, and it’s been a privilege knowing him.

Bev has been amazing! I had a problem with my mail repeatedly which was very frustrating. Bev patiently explained the options to solve the problem and got out of her ways to follow up on the issue until it was fixed. I would have missed a big check otherwise. She has demonstrated great professionalism and outstanding customer service👍
