“My van blew the radiator while I was driving. I had no choice but to park it in a lot where the business there had moved. That business called Earls to have me towed. When I called them, Sarah answered the phone. She was extremely nice. She asked if there was something wrong with the van and offered their services to fix the issue. Then she gave me a discount on having my van towed because I am a vet. The mechanic Terry called me once he looked at it to give me the estimate and a timeline. The work was done both in time and within the estimate. Labor charges are in line with other mechanics in the ILM area. I will use Earls again and I recommend them. I have read the other reviews and people must remember they are called to provide a service. I understand having your vehicle towed unexpectedly is a big cost, but from my experience with them, if you treat them nicely and with respect, you will get treated that way in return.”
“Found Orange Auto Transport on-line and shipped a vehicle cross country and my experience with this company was exceptional from the initial contact throughout the transport. Met with some unfavorable practices by a driver who insisted on a gratuity at the time of delivery and when this was brought up to Orange Transport they immediately reacted to confirm this is NOT required as part of their services and credited my account. Many thanks to Travis and his staff for the professional interaction an responsiveness to my concerns. I would HIGHLY recommend this company to ship your vehicle!”

I chose to give this place a chance based on the detailed reviews it had, and I can tell you I made the right decision; My car model isn't as common, so buying aftermarket parts isn't much of an option. I have trust issues handing out these expensive OEM parts that cost so much, as I've had issues with multiple mechanics in the past, but let me tell you, Irving and his team have earned my trust, as they answered all my questions and showed me the used parts. “If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. Don’t get stuck with a worthless membership when you can call these guys and get the job done so you can move on. Thanks again!!”
“I got a car repaired there. The people there are super friendly and are so nice. They really want to help you get the best deal. Other places that I got quotes on had said that it could take almost 10k to repair the car, but at carstar it was only 5k. The car looked absolutely perfect after the repair.”

They have the best prices too ? I'm a bit late on my review, but in July I went to get a new battery and they hooked me up with a 2year warranty and had me out the shop in less than 20 min pretty much!

“It's suck and unfortunate when you're a car guy and reckless people just happen to hit your brand new car, leaving you in a state of sadness, resentment and searching for ways to reverse the damage. Fortunately for me, i found ICC collision body shop. The driver side door of my BMW M2 was badly damaged. It need to be replaced and also paint match with the adjacent body panels. After reading several reviews of various BMW body shops i decided to go with ICC in Santa Ana. I can safely say that I'm glad i went with ICC because they did a very good job of paint match the color. The door was replaced and they did great putting everything back to where it belong. Overall, ICC came very close, i would say 98% to bringing it back to original pre-collision state. I'm just someone who is really picky therefore i can see some minor defects in craftmanship here and there. But overall I'm happy with the result. I also want to give shout out to Ceasar at ICC. He is very knowledgeable, professional, well communicated and kept his word. Thank you Ceasar and thank you ICC staffs and repair men/women for restoring the car. Recommended.”

“I was at Aliso Beach with my two boys (7 and 4 yrs.) in Laguna Beach today. We turned off the car for a few minutes but when I went to go turn on the car, I heard a clicking sound, and knew it was the battery!I called AAA and they immediately sent Cristian to service my vehicle. He got there in10 minutes and was so polite, thorough, and kind. He told me my battery was dead and wouldn't hold a charge. He asked me what I wanted to do and I told him to replace it. He immediately drove back to his garage in the Canyon to get a new battery for my car. It can be a little iffy being at a beach when it's pitch black outside, but the boys and I felt safe and comfortable because he started my car so we could stay warm until he came back. He was back in 20/25 minutes. The entire experience was 5-star because of Cristian and his professionalism!!!”
