“My van blew the radiator while I was driving. I had no choice but to park it in a lot where the business there had moved. That business called Earls to have me towed. When I called them, Sarah answered the phone. She was extremely nice. She asked if there was something wrong with the van and offered their services to fix the issue. Then she gave me a discount on having my van towed because I am a vet. The mechanic Terry called me once he looked at it to give me the estimate and a timeline. The work was done both in time and within the estimate. Labor charges are in line with other mechanics in the ILM area. I will use Earls again and I recommend them. I have read the other reviews and people must remember they are called to provide a service. I understand having your vehicle towed unexpectedly is a big cost, but from my experience with them, if you treat them nicely and with respect, you will get treated that way in return.”

“If you ever need a reliable, fast and, informative roadside assistance technician these are the guys. My battery fell dead randomly and I called the guys at Lacoste, I had my car up and back running within 35mins and that’s including the initial phone call. I thought I was about to have to wait for at least an hour if they even come based off my previous dealing with big companies like AAA. Don’t get stuck with a worthless membership when you can call these guys and get the job done so you can move on. Thanks again!!”

“All the folks at Top Finish are top notch! My C8 Corvette was hit from behind and was very, very concerned who would do the repair. After investigating several shops in OC and LA area, I decided with Top Finish and now that I have my car back I see I made the right call. They were just as concerned as I was and totally went the extra mile. The repair is perfect and guaranteed for life and returned beautifully detailed, polished and waxed. Due to parts shortages, because of the UAW strike, there were some parts not available and Top Finish found a temporary 3rd party muffler until the genuine Chevrolet muffler arrived 3 months later and reinstalled at no extra charge. I was able to drive my Precious during those 3 months. I am extremely pleased with the results and service and highly recommend them.”

“The owner saved the day and wouldn't even accept a tip. Penske roadside person was obstinate for us and the poor towing company. We need a replacement car carrier asap to finish our move to San Francisco. The poor driver was locked out of the first penske location because they didn't leave a key. Penske rep was verbally abusive to us and the towing company. The owner stopped post vacation and helped us get the car and set everything up, including giving us driving tips as we had the 26-foot Penske, which is a semi. Amazing man, he saved the day and put our minds at ease as we headed for the Grapevine. I can't thank him enough. During an extremely stressful time, he really added comfort and guidance. The tow driver who picked up the bike took good care of my bike and when I came in to get my bike I didn't have 100% of the papers I needed but they still worked with me and got me back my motorcycle. One of their tow guys towed my bike back late at night on a last minute request and helped me jump my bike and was most respectful to me! Will definitely use these guys for my future tow needs”
