“Parker did a great job. He was knowledgeable, friendly and worked very quick replacing all 4 brakes/rotors as well as flushing the break-line in under an hour. Will use again!”

“The Service I received at Euro Car Doctor really exceeded my expectations in every way as usual. I have been a Customer since the first week they opened, I can’t recommend this Business enough!! They kept me up to date via text every step of the way, this time they changed the Oil and replaced the Tires on our F-Type, they did a perfect job, not only that, they were kind enough to fix the Cargo Cover in the Rear. By the way, if you’re a fellow Jaguar owner they know them inside and out.”

“I love the service here. These guys are very considerate of the customer time and move with quickness and professionalism. I only had 30 minutes to spare, they did it in 7 minutes. Please bring your vehicle here for inspections. They are very affordable. Yesterday I did an oil change, 6 minutes!! Thank you Jiffy Lube Irvine for the amazing service.”

“Overall, a great experience. They did exactly what they said they would do, and I ended up going with custom wheels and tires on my '04 Range Rover that I’m very happy with. I stopped by on a weekend right before they were opening up and getting a delivery, and the owner was gracious enough to take the time to greet me and help me out. Funny enough, I was originally on my way to another wheel shop I’ve used in the past, but that interaction is what got everything started here. The wheels came out great and I’m very happy with the finished product. I’m still waiting to hear back regarding suspension work on my other vehicle, but as far as the wheels and tires go—no complaints. Great job overall!”

“SSR Motorsport have been nothing short of amazing, was looking to install carbon fiber parts on my G82 M4, and the process was seamless from start to finish. Staff was very friendly and Mark kept me updated throughout installation and was very quick with responses every time I reached out. If you’re looking for a trustworthy, transparent, and reliable shop to drop off your car for some upgrades, SSR Motorsport is the way to go!”

“Billy honestly deserves a rave review from me but I don’t want everyone to discover him and crowd his shop. After some thought I have faith that Billy will still manage shop time well. I’ve come to know the mechanic, family man, and friend. Needing auto repair is a bummer but the experience at this shop is far more pleasant than most.”

“They did great work on my two Range Rover Sports. They also worked miracles on my 2007 Bentley Arnage, solving electrical issues that even Ohara Service in LA couldn't fix.”

“They do have one of the cheapest smog checks in Irvine, but keep in mind that you may have to wait about an hour if you don’t come right when they open at 8 AM. If you don’t mind waiting, it’s worth it. If you’re short on time, I’d suggest planning ahead or finding another smog check location. Overall, the staff was friendly and I had a good experience with their service.”

“Ryan is very knowledgeable and was able to diagnose the issue with my 2008 Honda accord. It’s been a few days and no issues with the work he’s done on the car. Very friendly and honest as well. Didn’t pressure me for any unnecessary work”

“These guys are incredible. My wife’s car was making a pretty concerning noise on a drive to Irvine, and I was too far away to do much about it other than tell her to call AAA. She found these guys at 12pm on a saturday(which happened to be her birthday), and in spite of being slammed, were able to get her in, diagnose the problem, and in a situation that could have easily been manipulated into something bigger and more costly, did the honest thing, and got the simple problem fixed in a matter of an hour, and charged her a totally reasonable rate for it. 5 stars from a grateful husband. Highly recommend.”

“My family has owned both Mercedes and BMWs for years, and we’ve been coming to Auto Craft Mercedes - BMW ever since we lived in Irvine. They’ve become a shop our family genuinely trusts with our cars, and we’ve continued coming back because of the consistently great service. The team is knowledgeable, professional, and straightforward about what needs to be done. They take the time to explain things clearly, answer questions, and make the whole maintenance process easy. It’s especially reassuring having a shop that knows Mercedes and BMW vehicles so well. Even after moving away from Irvine, Auto Craft is still a place we trust and are willing to come back to. After years of bringing different cars here, they’ve earned our family’s loyalty. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable Mercedes or BMW specialist.”

“Jeff & Jimmy both have many years of auto experience with technical backgrounds. Their prices are very reasonable if you compare to local. Services could get busy as they are popular. Just call ahead to ask or avoid Mondays/Fridays. There’s a restroom if needs to wait on-site. Walking distance to Starbucks and Panera bread. Many friends return to their services as they are honest, flexible and direct. Good team!!”

“We’ve had the pleasure of working with Robert Yang at Norm Reeves Volkswagen for years, and we just leased our third Tiguan from him. Robert is an exceptional salesperson and consistently makes the entire process easy, straightforward, and enjoyable. We really appreciate his diligence, responsiveness, and outstanding customer service. He takes the time to answer questions, keeps everything moving smoothly, and genuinely goes above and beyond to make sure you’re taken care of. After three vehicles, we continue to come back to Robert for a reason. We highly recommend him to anyone looking for a great experience at Norm Reeves Volkswagen!”

“We found this mechanic to get a check up on a used car we wanted to purchase. Micheal went above and beyond to help me and we received a very detailed report about the car. It was worth every penny. I don’t live near the area, but I felt them to be so honest and through that I would return there.”

“I can’t say enough good things about Juan Alvarado at Nissan Irvine. He is honestly always amazing and has such a calm, welcoming demeanor. He is approachable, professional, and provides truly exceptional customer service. What I appreciate most is his communication. He always takes the time to explain things clearly, keeps me informed, and makes the entire service experience feel stress-free. Going to a dealership used to make me nervous because of some past experiences, but Juan has completely changed that for me. He makes me feel comfortable, respected, and confident that I’m in good hands. That kind of customer service is rare, and I truly appreciate it. Nissan Irvine is lucky to have someone like Juan on their team. I highly recommend him!”

“I’ve been taking my 2015 Audi Q5 to Jim and Chris at Automotive Plus, initially for the brake service and then the 2011 volkswagen Gti for regular maintence. Our GTI was stalling and the turbo was losing power due to a leak. They diagnosed the issue, clearly explained everything without any pressure, even show me a video, repaired the leak, and the car is now running fantastic again. When it came to my 2015 Audi Q5, also diagnosed two issues: the stalling and the brakes. They ran a full diagnostic on the stalling issue, which resolved the problem. They were completely transparent about the findings and reviewed my brake concerns with the same honesty. It turned out only a flush and replacement of the brake fluid was needed due to high moisture content in the reservoir and lines. Oh also a vacuum line was starting to crack thats related. Their parts and labor costs are very reasonable, and their friendly, straightforward approach makes them a shop I truly trust. Highly recommended.”

They will never try to upsell you anything and the customer care here is honestly unmatched even on days when they are super busy . Every single customer is a priority here no matter how small or big your issue is. There is a reason why they have repeat clients and I’m so happy to be one of the ones that will continue coming back.”

“I've been going to Nick's OC Auto Service for almost two years now and they've consistently delivered great service and excellent communication. I had a stressful issue with my turbocharger, but they explained everything they needed to do and they were very helpful when it came to dealing with the insurance side of things. Great service and you're in great hands here with Brandon and Richard. I've been telling family and friends to get their car serviced here as well”

“I had a very pleasant experience having an EV car flat tire repaired at Discounted Tire. I spoke with Juan on phone and met him in the store. He was very polite and very helpful in checking-in and having the job done. This repair was for free and I felt obligated to pay for the service. I am grateful for the service and the generosity of Discounted Tire and Juan who helped me.”

“I couldn't be more impressed with the team at Porsche Irvine. We love our Taycan, but because I already had a home charger, I didn't open the brand-new Porsche Mobile Charger box until long after our purchase. When I finally unpacked it, I realized a key connecting cable was missing. Since my original salesperson had left, I reached out to General Manager Dan and worked with Mike. Even though significant time had passed since the sale, Dan and Mike didn't hesitate—they communicated clearly, took ownership of the situation, and resolved it immediately. That level of post-sale care long after the deal is done is rare. Outstanding leadership and customer support!”

“Purchasing at Simpson was an excellent experience. I was on 5 different dealer lots when looking for a car and Mark at Simpson was head and shoulders above every other sales rep. He was the only one that actually listened to what I was looking for rather than trying to sell me whatever they had. His product knowledge was outstanding and he thoroughly explained all the features of the car we selected. He stuck with us throughout the sales process and made it easy. I would definitely refer others to Simpson and Mark.”
