“I have purchased many new and used cars over the years, and buying my new F150 with Tuttle-Click Ford was easily one of the best car buying experiences to date. The staff was easy to talk to and never pushy. They worked a great deal with me and accommodated our busy schedules with two young kids in tow.
We almost bought from a dealership much closer to home after several attempts, but the experiences were consistently disappointing. We decided to drive to Irvine not only because they had the truck we wanted, but because from the start it felt like we were getting genuine, attentive treatment from both Sandy and Brandon.
Once the deal was completed, they continued to be accommodating and flexible. The closure of I-5 and work schedules made coordinating pickup difficult. Having an infant made the trip feel even more challenging. The dealership arranged a car to pick us up and bring us in, which made the entire process much easier.
Tyler in finance was also great to work with and made the financing portion smooth and straightforward.
All in all, it was truly a great experience, which is not something many people can say when making a major purchase like a new vehicle.”

“Monsouir greeted me as I walked in and he was very kind and sweet. I arrived at 8a when they opened and he told me it would be about 10 minutes before they got started. He invited me to write my information down and relax on the outside patio while I waited.
He even made a fresh brew of coffee that was so good! It turned out to be a nice pick-me-up and energy booster for my day!
He took care of me in 30 minutes flat, my Smog Check passed inspection and Auto Check Center just found them a new regular!!

“Joshua and the team at SSR did an AMAZING job with my e53 amg stage 1 tune. The car drives way better in all modes and way more power and smoother - noticeably in sport+ mode as it was jerky at times with stock mapping. Turbo lag is almost nonexistent and car is way more fun to drive. Going to them in the future for stage 2 and all other modifications! Couldn’t be happier or recommend them any more!”

I can tell everyone without the doubt this shop owner (daughter, on site ) and the mechanic Javier are the two most honest kind and professional people you can meet in this industry, and you know what l mean right ? Right off back they identified the problem in my Mercedes ( They also work extensively on BMW) Gaven me the price which was 30% less than the other shop l went to , Javier is a gentlemen and fantastic mechanic , knows ins and outs of the cars. Repaired it and as a courtesy he also installed a cabin filters l had purchased and was a very difficult job in this model took him a long time without saying a word . I felt really bad asking him to do this , l had no idea , but greatly appreciated his kindness, give these people a try l promise you they will be fair and professional. I was stunned when he told me that I didn't even need the oil change for 6 more months! I left and was so happy to save a few bucks, and my morning, but mostly knowing that I have a trustworthy advocate in Tony.”
“I went in needing a recall taken care of. They were quick efficient and I was provided with a loaner. While they were doing the recall I had them change my oil and they suggested a few minor fluid changes. I had it all done and drove out with my 2016 driving like new.

“After having an almost full day at a jiffylube in Huntington Beach because that was the only one near me that did brake jobs, after hearing them hmer away at my drums for inspection and replacement. The could not complete the task so they replaced the front rotors and brakes like I had requested. The recommended a brake fluid flush and replacing the back drums since there was a crack in the rear passenger side rotor. Since this was an emergency job I googled frantically and compared pricing and availability and reliability between brake shops and services near me. I saw E-Z Brakes, saw their reviews. Read up on their website and services they offered. I decided to go for it putting my with in a local mobile service. Scheduled an appointment for the following day as early as possible! Traffic on a weekday hit hard delaying my technician a bit but they were professional and courteous to give me a heads up of an updated eta (estimated time of arrival).
Gio came by as I was leaving my front door to guide him to a spot in front of my car. A little Honda Civic from the 2010s era. I had just moved into the neighborhood. New tenant and all and had completely forgot about the 12pm street sweeping. The alliance employee sped up through various cars which seemed unsafe and came to cite me for having my car on the street. Which was a bummer since the car was already lifted and rear wheel less because it was being serviced for an emergency repair job. The alliance employee showed no empathy and left an impression for that company which will forever be embedded in my memory as u professional and disregard for safety and human empathy.
A ways. I digress. Gio was professional and respectful of all property and an all around cool guy to chill with while he worked. I brought him a bottle of water cuz it was getting intense! Gio worked effortlessly and through it all! Like an unstoppable force of repair, Gio took care of my drum brake system and was able to finish in time for me to be able to make it to work with time to spare! Honestly price didnt matter for me because the job got done even though I had brake drums that were embedded into each other. It was like watching David take on Goliath with my rear drums. If ANY brake issues occur on your vehicle in O.C. I definitely recommend E-Z Brakes. And Parker kept really good communication throughout the appointment setup and answered any questions I had about the job. Definitely worth having them around!”
