I went in needing a recall taken care of. They were quick efficient and I was provided with a loaner. While they were doing the recall I had them change my oil and they suggested a few minor fluid changes. I had it all done and drove out with my 2016 driving like new.
I’m very happy with my service.

I had a charge cooling hose go bad on a brand new Ram 2500, and live in nevada. Under warranty the truck was towed to Tuttle click. Total click was unable to get the part within a reasonable period of time. Which would have put me stranded for almost 3 weeks. I had to use my hometown dealer from Elko Nevada, Elko motors, to get the part overnighted. There was very poor communication between Tuttle click service department and sales department. They pretty much pointed fingers at each other and could not get the part for me. I had no choice but to go to my hometown dealer, Elko Motors and they were able to get the part within 48 hours. It would have taken 3 weeks through Tuttle-Click. I hold the parts department more to blame than the service department but nonetheless it was poor service.

Total click Lincoln is outstanding! Incredible, incredible, incredible Customerservice. Their service department is awesome. Their dealership is beautiful. Their prices are negotiable. Mason and Eddie are over the top sales representatives. They walked us through every single option when we picked up our new Lincoln Nautilis. The Lincoln Nautilis is an incredible machine. The dashboard extents all the way across to the passenger side.
You have to check it out! It’s a hybrid so we’re getting about 40 miles per gallon.
However, this should not deflect away from Mason & Eddie. They are very flexible, kind, and warm hearted.

I went to this dealership because Myra took such good care of my truck in the past. I drive past other Ram dealers to visit this dealership because of the kind, caring, listening service. This visit was due to a warning light. I met with Jason S and Norman Amabile (a Steelers fan!). These two gentlemen listened to me. It was a pleasure to be heard. They showed me the best service any one could ever expect and more. Plus, knowing that i waited for completion, they made the work happen fast too.
I will be loyal to Tuttle Click Irvine because of the kindness I have received. Thank you so very much.

I can't recommend this Dodge dealerships enough! After my TRX was stolen and recovered, I brought it in for repairs, and Alix was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. The quality of the work on my truck is outstanding it runs like new! There was a bit of a communication hiccup at first with the service adviser not keeping me updated, but the team went above and beyond to make it right.
