Malcolm was my service advisor and his efforts and follow up were a 10/10. I very rarely write reviews, however, Malcolm is very deserving of five stars for all of his efforts. I would highly recommend scheduling your appointment for service or repair work with Malcolm.

My car has a possible coolant leak in the heater core. I called them today to make an appointment. Told me that I couldn't get it in for service for a month and a half. Went to Huntington Beach and got it right in.

Service Advisor was very professional, in-tune to my air conditioner problems, checked and researched any assistance to coverage through the life time warranty insurance as well as trying to get my car completed in a timely manner due to my important with schedules. Advisor always gave me daily updates on my car since it was in the shop for more than a week. She is an excellent employee.Also, Myra, service manager always very helpful, friendly, professional and constantly checking if everything is okay and being fixed.Thank you to entire staff including the mechanic who serviced my car…great job!

I am beyond grateful to Tuttle-Click Jeep in Irvine. Our salesperson Zeke is truly one of a kind and I can’t recommend him enough. I love, love, love my new Jeep! I felt so taken care of from the start. Recently, I had to bring my Jeep in for some updates, and a defect we found. El our service manager is extremely exceptionally! One of the things I can’t stand ever is taking any car into the dealer for any type of work. He made it so seamless and just easy for my needs. He truly cares and it shows. When I bought the car, one of my concerns were the service department as in the past at other dealers it has been just a nightmare. I was assured that Tuttle-Click was different. They were! I think I will be a customer for life!

Reneged on agreed to cash purchase of Grand Cherokee once a credit card was presented for purchase. They said they had to get an additional $1150 for the vehicle to cover the credit card costs. I said no thank you. THEN, when they publicly advertise the vehicle three weeks later for $1150 less than we negotiated originally, I went back to buy the vehicle for our Original negotiated price (ie their new price Plus $1150), but said I wanted to buy with my credit card. They refused to do the deal. So they’re willing to sell the truck for $1150 less, but not for $1150 more and use a credit card. Unbelievable.This is my third attempt to do business with these guys. I find them to be unfaithful and untrustworthy. They only want to do business with lambs.

I took my jeep in for service, it was my first time coming to this dealership and the costumer service was great. Steve the service advisor that helped me was very nice ,he kept me informed about my car throughout my visit. I will definitely be coming back.

I had a wonderful experience at the Irvine Ram service department. Alexis was so efficient and accommodating. She communicated well during every step of my service. Will definitely go back and highly recommend this dealership for service.

Terrible service on vehicles. Can't get in for an appointment as it's booked 4-6 weeks out. And then finally show up for a booked appointment and told by Josh that they would have never booked me for a Friday for the service I need. Sent me away with a broken car which I have prepaid service on. Totally unacceptable.

Initially I was not going to leave a review. But after receiving several texts from the dealership as a reminder to fill out this survey i reluctantly obliged. To start my issue with my vehicle first arose about a year ago, made an appointment to get in to the dealership which took 7 months for them to even look at my vehicle. After having it for 3 days they told me they need to order parts and bring it back in roughly 2 months. So my issue has yet to be resolved.I would expect an issue to be resolved in a much more timely manner on a new vehicle. Regardless, I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here unless you have an exorbitant amount of time to waste and an even greater amount of patience. I am regretting purchasing a Ram vehicle.

I purchased my car from Ray , first I didn’t had time to drive to the dealer to text drive the car, Ray was kind enough to bring the car to my work so I could take a look at it. I love everything about my car .Ray was very patient and professional about handling all the paperwork before I took the car home. Thank you so much for all your work.Sonya

Long story !! I bought 3 Wrangler 4XE from this dealer at about $65,000 each. Two of the were lemons and Chrysler bought them back from me. The third one is having issues but it’s hard to get an appointment.. but Manny at service was great!!!! They really need to find more people like him.. my issue is over Amon the sales director and Adam the rental car guy. Adam fraudulently charged my credit card after telling me that he would cover the charge. I hate dishonesty people… Amon said I can never buy a car from them again. I just hate stupid people. If you value your time, go to another dealer.

Absolutely horrendous . Manager called me to justify why they can't take my car in (has a serious safety recall ) for 4 weeks out . His justification was that young people don't want to work and that's why they are understaffed. What a lousy excuse and explanation. Did you guys think that maybe just maybe you have terrible management and that's why no one wants to work for you ? Go to a dealership that respects itself and takes ownership for their customer experience . What a joke .

It was a wonderful experience without any pressure here with Rob when I wanted to buy a Wrangler. He was friendly and kept a good manner even when we decided to chose another dealership as only there has the car we need in inverntory. Great price in south California with no dealership accessories too.

I purchased my Jeep Wrangler at another dealership from out of town because it was convenient for me at the time. However, I have planned to have all my services done at Turtle-Click in Irvine because the dealership is near my home. I have done the same with other cars in the past due to my moves without any issues. When I called Turtle-Click Irvine on 07/03/2023 because the alarm on my Jeep was going off randomly, the lady who answered the phone told me the first appointmen they have available was 9/15/2023, 7 am and if I wanted to drop my Jeep off, it would take 7 days to the tech to work on it. I would NOT be provided a loaner during these 7 days or until they can establishe if the problem is still under warranty. I asked her why it takes so long to get an appointment. She said it was because I purchased the Jeep at another dealership and that they have their own customers that they would rather work with. I asked her if this was company policy and she said yes. She was extremely rude even after I explained that I plan to have all my future services done at Turtle-Click. I asked to speak to the manager and she said she did not have that information on hand for me(???). Btw, I called Coastline Jeep in Costa Mesa and the tech, Furdy, asked me to bring my vehicle there right away. It took him all of 5 min to diagnosed and fixed the problem for me. That's qualify service!
