When it came to the tires, service team denied to do the rotation because the treads were in the red. Immediately recommended replacing the tires. But after checking the tires myself and watching the video, they were on the edge and more on the yellow. If going to deny the service, best they can do is pro-rate the service cost.

Shirley,That is not true, no one has called me back yet, so please do not make things up. I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks now, I have emailed you and Mazda corporate, they sent us an email saying that they will give us a $150 credit for one oil change since the dealership did not honor the maintenance.

Getting my car serviced was so seamless and easy. I received a call and a card in the mail telling me that it’s time to get my car serviced, so I called to make an appointment. On the day of my appointment, I worked with a service advisor named Wyatt Applebury. He was very warm, friendly, and personable and it made the service appointment experience more pleasant especially given that I brought my car in the morning.I waited an hour or so to get my car back, which included servicing and a car wash, and it was great to get a video from Wyatt of my car and what was being done to it to get a visual of the work that was completed during the service appointment while I waited. I’ve never received this much transparency from another dealership / service appointment before for any other car I’ve had, so I really appreciated this extra service that they provide customers with.

Service was excellent. We were warmly greeted by Jacqueline Lepien ( service advisor) . A kind smile and warm greeting make a huge difference in good service. I purchased four new tires for my car. I appreciated the video confirmation that I received after the service. Overall great experience and I love my new tires! Thank you Mazda!!

Staff was very welcoming, professional, and helpful! My Mazda rep went beyond to provide me with excellent customer service!! The only complaint I would have about this place is the coffee machine was not working and the snack area was not stocked. Other than that I would definitely return for my Mazda services!

I acquired a CX-5 CE this past Wednesday, and I must say the entire purchasing experience exceeded my expectations. From start to finish, it was a seamless process with no sales pressure whatsoever. I'd like to extend a special thank you to Marta and JR (if I recall his name correctly) for their exceptional assistance in securing a lower financial rate. They also stayed late to explain all the features of my new car. The after-sale service is also good. Marta has been incredibly responsive and readily answered all my questions. Definitely will recommend this dealership to my friends.

I had a test drive appointment but the representative was busy with another customer. Another representative did help me. Huge mistake for the staff is to be selling an electric vehicle that has no battery life. The electric plug-in vehicle I made the appointment for had no battery left. Very frustrating and a waste of time. The gas side of the drive was underpowered and disqualified the vehicle. It showcased the underpowered engine. Not sure if the electric would have changed the outcome.

I had a problem with my brand new CX90 PHEV that took 15 days to fix. The service team tried to take care of me as a customer but failed. The sales team wasn't much help after the sale was done. Robert the service manager took over after a bunch of miscues and eventually worked it out. I've tried to contact the general manager on numerous occasions to discuss sales, service, etc. and I was told he would call me (twice) but at this point I don't think he exists. He's listed on the website but can't take time out of his day to contact customers that have major issues with the dealership. I don't see the point of listing him on the website if he's never able to work. I probably won't be a returning customer because of this once my lease is up. A simple phone call would make a bad experience into a much better one. I'll try another Mazda next time even if it's 20 minutes further.

Back in 2022, they're my first auto purchase without stepping into the dealership and I have to say, they made me believe that it was the way to go. The whole experience was easy and clear to every detail. We handled paperwork through a notary that they sent over and the car arrived in NorCal via car truck. And I thought all dealerships worked like this, but stupid me, no not at all. There's other dealerships I have worked with that were nothing like them, and if only I had known better. Anyway, thanks Genesis who assisted my purchase with Tuttle Click and for making me believe in there's hope for not needing to walk into a dealership for a car purchase.

Another great Mazda dealership! I came in to test drive a used car, and it was the best test driving experience I had. There was no pressure to go inside and buy the car immediately, something you experience at many other car dealerships. Jessica was very professional and helpful throughout the process.

My experience of getting a used car a Tuttle Click Mazda was first class. Do not go anywhere else.
