Wow, Ina is stellar! The phrase "above and beyond" doesn't even come close. That assumes I knew exactly what I expected her to do. I simply told her my predicament and where I wanted to end up and, being clearly expertise in what US Bank has to offer, she strategized and walked me through far more options than I ever knew. Yes, cool that US Bank has a wide array of financial products - It takes someone who understands the pros and cons of each to best use of them. Or, even know to use them at all. Seriously, what a surprising visit. It's so rare these days to get a high level of knowledge and service in a bank branch. I'm grateful this is the branch I chose and that Ina was there to provide everything she did.

My mother passed away and had an account at this branch. The account was frozen, even though my sister is on the account. I took in the trust paperwork and asked if my sister would be able to write checks from the account and was told yes. Their rep also called my sister and said everything was taken care of. We sold my mother's place and were distributing the proceeds to the rest of the family. We had the bank issue the checks and after we deposited them in our accounts US Bank returned the checks. When we called the branch their rep became very rude and told my sister we misunderstood what he had told us and we couldn't write checks from the account. We spoke with his supervisor and he said he'd look into it and call us back. That was over a week ago. What is really stupid, we were able to use the ATM card and close the account but couldn't write checks.
