Terrible experience if your gonna get your makeup done do NOT go to Azam.I am a brown skin girl and she had products on my face that wasn’t even close to my skin tone she didn’t line my eyebrows or anything.While doing my makeup she tells me not to look at it.When i asked for a manger she didn’t go get the manger once i left that’s when the manger contacted me greatful for her contacting me but do NOT have Azam do your makeup

i never write reviews for stores i go to often but i just had the best experience with my little sister at this ulta! we were greeted immediately when we walked in and then helped by sophia. she was so sweet and we lowkey had a conversation for a long time. her recommendations were great and we spent so much because of our amazing experience in general! she’s so down to earth and so easy to talk to that it doesn’t feel like a forced retail experience. loved her and will definitely be coming back again!! <333

She is an amazing stylist and person. Delivered what exactly ive asked for. I would totally recommend her💯. Just show her the pictures of the inspo . She will do what exactly we asked for!!✨🫶🏻💕

I got my hair done today by Azam, she was incredible. From washing to styling, she talked to me about my concerns and did such an amazing job, didn’t rush through it at all. So happy with what she did and my results, highly recommend her.

I’m not sure of the names of all the girls who helped me but I felt very comfortable letting them know I was new to makeup products and the girl from the Too Faced collection was really nice and showed me how to do my brows. The MAC girl who helped me check out was also AMAZING and helpful too.

As usual, no one asked me if I needed any help, I found all my items by myself and I spent almost $200
The girl that checked me out is in need of customer service review .
My experience at Ulta has never been good, the employees cater to young girls when the older clients have money to spend, doesn’t make sense to me . I only went to Ulta because I had a gift card. I will rarely go to your stores

This was my first and last visit to this specific ulta location. Most of the employees there lack basic customer service skills. I am asking questions while they are turning around having conversations with their coworkers at their front desk not paying any attention to the clients.
However it was Desiree who upon walking to the checkout line and being intrigued by the items on the checkout line I open the amber musk to smell it and while she is smacking her gum like a cow at the front proceeds to ask me to hand her the perfume because i used it and smeared it on my wrists. The unprofessionalism and accusation was upsetting.

I was standing in the same spot next to perfumes for 15min and not one employee asked me if i needed help yet they asked the woman shopping next to me if she did. So if im a guy, I don’t receive customer service? I saw one employee helping out another lady and when she was done, she walked right past me and didn’t even look in my direction. In that moment i left. I shouldn’t have to go out of my way to chase down an employee who clearly doesnt want to help. It’s their job to ask, especially when you’re near the LOCKED perfume section.

Customer service is always great, they have a good selection of designer and budget brands. they've got makeup, skincare, hair care, and nail polish etc. it's always a fun place to spend some time looking around and shopping
