Be careful people are very shady there, I went there a few days ago to return a small package, once they printed out my label and try to sell me a box, realized I forgot one more item to put in, then I told to avoid it. He said avoided when I left, but after a few days I got tracking information of the package, which means I didn’t return my stuff successfully and I need to pay extra for a new shipping label. How shady they are, always try to sell you something.

By far the best experience every time I need to go to UPS I come here. They are always super quick, nice & very helpful . Juan is the best!

This UPS branch is hands down one of the best! Every time I drop off a package, the staff is friendly, efficient, and super helpful. The line moves fast, and they always make sure my packages are scanned and handled properly.
I’ve never had a single issue with lost or delayed shipments from here. The place is clean, organized, and clearly well-managed. It makes shipping so much easier and stress-free.
Highly recommended if you want fast, reliable service with a smile. Five stars all the way!

If there is a zero star, I will happily leave a review for zero stars. The worker is unprofessional and rude. How difficult can your employee find a UPS package as big as a hand-carry suitcase? Your worker kept telling me to be patient, and it took more than ten minutes to find it. Why can't you upgrade your system and make it more organized? “Michaels,” you are not qualified to be a UPS Access Point Location, especially since there is an official UPS store next door. What a joke.

This place has worst customers service, they always try to give you most expensive shipping options using scaring that something might happen. Be aware of the policy bs, as they try to rip you by selling their bags and boxes, no explanation provided and if you start asking hard questions they just refuse service.

Genuinely the most helpful persian dudes in the area they helped me with notary and other important documents. Great attitude especially Vahid, he was very professional. My favorite and only ups location from now on.
