This place charged double the price for a FedEx mail. Also the owner charged me the envelope separately. I am very disappointed to find out this as I happened to mail the exactly same mail(same weight, same delivery service) in FedEx the next day, it is half the price.

Came here to scan over 1000 pages because our office scanner broke, their scanner had some problems but the staff was so friendly and helpful! My files took forever to upload but they made sure to send it to me on the same day. Highly recommend.

Pacific Mail is my go to for shipping, packaging and getting documents notarized. We have been coming here for years. Kevin gives top notch service, is friendly, helpful and goes extra mile for his customers. I know there are closer mail box shipping areas around my neighborhood but I'd drive here because of Kevin's excellent service. Hand down I highly recommend.

I was looking for a FedEx location next to my work and came across this location. Great spot and staff member was friendly. This is an authorized FedEx location and I wanted to process a return. I had a QR return authorization but the staff member mentioned that they do not scan QR code, QR code can only be scanned at an actual FedEx location. I then had to pay and print out the label there to send out my return. Overall it was a quick process but just be aware that they do not scan QR codes and you will need to use their printer to print our your label.

Quick drop off whenever I need to return Amazon orders or mail out package. Super convenient since they accept UPS, FedEx, USPS, etc. business hours are also great

The owner is very friendly regardless of the size of the job big or small. I drop off many packages here for all carriers and observed he has such a nice, humble and well manner to everyone. Very pleasant to do business with. I hope this small business continues to do well as we all know the rent in Irvine is not cheap for small business.

Good customer service by the gentlemen he is very friendly here BUT the passport photo taken for my son is blurry not even clear the passport place rejected it ....

Came here one morning to get some items notarized. There was no wait when I got here. The staff member was so helpful and patient as I had quite a few documents to be processed. Would definitely come here again when I need notarized docs in the future. Easy parking outside.

Fingerprinting was quick, painless, and simple. The rolling fee here is $25, and the fingerprinting process took about 10-15 mins. There was only a lone Korean gentleman manning the store so the customers who came in after had to wait. They also notarize, take passport photos, and have mailbox services here. I would recommend!!Thanks for reading! ^-^
