Absolutely terrible experience at this UPS location. The staff were rude and completely unhelpful. I came in with a prepaid return, and instead of a quick drop-off, I was met with attitude and confusion. They seemed annoyed just to do their job. On top of that, the place was messy and disorganized, and I had to wait in line far longer than necessary. If you can avoid this location, do it. I’ll be using another location.

This is about the UPS store on Culver in Irvine, CA. I am leaving No Stars as we lost hundreds of dollars of gifts, our shoes and all our private information that was in our mail.We went to this UPS store (as we have done in previous years) in California to send our belongings back home after staying here for the Winter. We came in to the store on Tuesday Feb. 25 and asked how long will these take to get to our home in suburban Chicago, IL? We were advised it would take a minimum of 5 business days. We told the employee we could not have the boxes arrive before March 3rd. We were assured that was no problem and a note was made stating that. The boxes arrived outside our garage on Friday, Feb. 28 and were stolen that evening. We filed a claim and were denied reimbursement because “the boxes arrived”. This store manager, Dave, confirmed the note that said “Cannot arrive before March 3rd” but that made no difference. UPS is irresponsible- this store reflects that 100%!!. I will use other services to ship.

$1 charged 1 foot of packing tape. Brought my own pre printed label and they wouldn't take it without tape. Awesome UPS 👍

The courier serving Irvine Northwood apartment steals parcels, three parcels in a row are stolen by him, puts a photo of another complex, or without a photo at all and writes that it was delivered to the reception desk, we do not have a reception, in the delivery I indicate the number of my apartment, the other day a new parcel, we are waiting for it with alarm

They charged me two dollars for a single black and white print, and on top of that, they also charged me for the test prints that they made in order to get the result I wanted. I had clearly explained what I needed from the beginning, but they had to use trial and error to figure it out, which showed they were not skilled at their job. When I asked the staff at NOA why I had to pay extra and why they hadn’t informed me beforehand, they said it was because it was my job. But if they had known what they were doing, it would have taken only one print. I was very dissatisfied with their attitude and will not return to this store again.

The staff was very busy and 2 people came in while I was there with issues. I wasn't made to wait for the other, more demanding customers and they all worked as a team. Very attentive
