Andre is truly an exceptional employee and it’s very rare to find such these days. Thank you so much!!! He was kind from the moment over the phone to the entire in store engagement at the store. He was precise, attentive and just genuinely kind. Incredible being. UPS is very fortunate to have him as one of their employee.

They do not provide tapes to use as other usps I went to. And each small tape charges 4 dollars. They also asked you to buy new parcels when returning even the old parcel can be used.

The store computer "locked up" when entered the UPS barcode. They had no clue why and if it was just their computer that had an issue. When asked to call and check with another store, the clerk wouldn't, but suggested instead I drive and see (he was on a private call most of the time, and had little interest in debugging the problem). His solution was to charge extra $$ to print a label (UPS in-store printing makes at least 900% profit). Never had such surprises with FedEx, and they'd always print a label free on the spot if needed. UPS stores seem to exist as a separate business from the online portal, zero accountability.

I came to this UPS store for notary service of my POA documents. The staffs here are friendly and helpful. I called and made appointment for notary service before I came. Brian is the one with high efficiency, reliability and patience. He double checked my documents before and after the notary service. Very nice guy!

The people that work here are very helpful and the customer service is excellent. Even if there is a line they are always trying to do their very best. This is my favorite, UPS store!You can get to the store by parking across from the Student Center, going through the Student Center and up the stairs past the food court. As soon as you exit the food court, you will see the UPS store in front of you.

Do not send important documents here. Sent in my PSLF application overnight next day deliver guaranteed and paid 60 dollars. Item was sent to the wrong place and then redirected and will not arrive until 5 days (sent on Thursday, will now maybe arrive Tuesday). Crazy!

Needed a notary. Called, very polite, went there. Greeted at the door by a polite and helpful manager. Notarized document, was very careful, neat, and made the process pleasant.Store was clean, well-organized, and open real early, which helps me when I need things notarized / done before my regular work. Andre, the manager/notary made it seem like my showing up for a notarization was as important as if I was a big deal. Great to know this place is nearby!

Went to get something notarized. Just hoping to get that done, but it turned out much better! Was treated like I was at a 5-star hotel! Andre, the notary/manager, was very polite, checked the notarization twice, all good. Clean, new, place, well organized. 4 word summary: "Way better than expected!" I'll be back!
