Be aware when you send out mail using this UPS store. They buy cheaper postage from USPS to send out your mail and charge you extra. They charge you for services they do can’t guarantee. I paid for expedited 2day shipping and certified mail for a package. I clearly specified to the clerk if that is possible because I need it to get there as soon as possible. The package was not delivered on time. When I spoke to the manager, he said that it is not their problem and I need to contact USPS. I can’t believe I paid UPS, and UPS is asking me to go to USPS to get a refund. When I spoke to USPS, they would not refund me because I did not purchase it from them. (Which I told the UPS manager would happen). He still said he can’t help me with my issue. USPS told me this UPS store only paid for $9+ priority mail but I was charged by UPS for over $30. Crazy how you pay UPS, they accept your payment and then use a lower service from USPS. I also found out from UPS corporate that this is only an independent shop that can accept UPS mail and is not owned by the UPS company.

I would like to take a moment to acknowledge the exceptional customer service provided by Sierra. Her warm welcome and outstanding personality made my visit truly enjoyable. Even though I recently moved to Aliso Viejo, I will continue to choose your UPS store because of the incredible experience I consistently receive.

Parcels are being stolen, the third parcel in a row is stolen. The courier puts a photo of someone else's complex, the last time an alert came that it was delivered at the reception desk, we do not have a check-in desk in the complex, couriers deliberately steal

They suck so bad! came here twice and they just lie and lie I can't believe they're still open! Got my package shipped here. First time they said it wasn't ready for pick up yet even though I got an email to pick it up! Second time they wanted me to pay money to pick it up ! Unbelievable!! And on top of that it's impossible to ever get support on the phone!

I saw people complaining about the employees not greeting them with smile, but they don't take into consideration that this location opens on Sunday. As long as they are not being rude, I'm thankful to them.

What on earth is this service hahaha. I am NEVER charged extra for a UPS employee to simply tape up the box and I do the rest. The woman here was so bitter and made me pay a total of $7 including the box (label was pre paid) for something so simple. “I can give you one complimentary piece of tape”. Couldn’t even box up my item in front of me and took it to the back. I am going to keep going to the other store out of my way to avoid this.

The staff at this UPS location (Jeffrey) is ALWAYS so cordial, professional, efficient!! There are several UPS drops locally but they are NOT as courteous as this location…
