At 03/30. 2:30 PM today, me and my family visited The UPS store to send two letters. Upon entering, we greeted an elderly Korean female employee at the front desk and requested the most basic certified mail service. Without informing us of the price, she immediately scanned the letter.
When I inquired about the cost, she stated it was $12 per letter. I recalled that the lowest-priced certified mail was around $4, so I questioned this pricing. She insisted that $12 was the cheapest option and that this price did not include a return receipt.
I then checked online and asked how much it would be with a return receipt. She quoted $20 per letter, which seemed completely unreasonable. I refused to pay, stating that the prices were not disclosed upfront. She claimed that since the prices were already entered into the system, I had to pay. I told her that she had failed to inform us beforehand and The price she provided was not in line with what I know to be the standard.
She kept emphasizing that I had requested certified mail as soon as I entered, then falsely accused me of not being clear about my request. However, I had stated my request very clearly—it was her way of handling the business that was wrong, and I was not going to pay for it.
At this point, she became visibly frustrated and demanded that I should say“sorry”to her. This outrageous request has made me extremely furious. I refused and told her that her conduct was dishonest. She angrily stated that she had worked at the post office for 20 years and had always done things this way. I responded that no matter how long she had been there, her actions were wrong. If what she said was true—that she has been doing this for 20 years—then she has been overcharging and deceiving customers for 20 years.
The most absurd aspect was her attitude. As a customer entering your store. I was met with a lack of greeting, no clear communication of prices, and poor service. In such an obvious situation she keep saying that I as the custmer is causing problem. What a joke?!
In the end, I left without sending letters and will never return to this UPS Store. I will also make sure to expose her misconduct to others.

I had to send important documents to Korea, and the owner of this UPS store helped me with incredible professionalism and kindness. I’ve used other UPS locations before, but I’ve never met someone who listened so carefully to my needs and took the time to assist me with such attention to detail. I was truly touched by the exceptional service. You are my angel! Thank you so much!

Notary Public, Mrs. Suh, is very cordial, professional and efficient. She saves us a lot of troubles in getting Apostille service by 100% complying the rules to save us the time and efforts by easily getting the lawful apostille service. She is always friendly and helpful in explaining the details and avoidance of gray areas.

This UPS store is popular for good reason. The staff are always courteous, polite, and efficient. I frequently use this location and never encounter any stress, except when unprepared customers delay the line.

Theresa and her team at this UPS store did an immaculate job with printing and binding booklets for my important client meeting. They handled my information with discretion and were highly communicative throughout the process. Honestly saved me so much stress.

This is a fine UPS for dropping off packages and mailing stuff. This review is about the notary services.
I came in trying get a document notarized using a foreign passport as identification. The notary would not accept the passport unless the passport had a signature on the identification page. I told her this passport did not, and in fact many passports in the world and other identifications do not have that. She insisted the ID needed to have a signature so she can “verify” the signature between the ID and the document that is to be notarized.
Anyways, that’s clearly a made up rule because I went to AAA promptly after and with the same ID, got my document notarized there. I also can’t find any rule like that online. I’m not sure why the notary would spread misinformation like that. I hope it’s not some form of intentional prejudice.

I have never seen anyone so nice and well mannered at any other UPS stores like the staff here. They were very patient even to some obnoxious customers who demanded refunds for late deliveries when it wasn’t even their jobs to deliver. I want to pay great respect to the staff for what they’re doing!!

Although this place is far from my house, it is always clean and friendly, so I always use this place when I have to go to UPS.
One time, I was having trouble with a package I had sent to another state.
Due to quick processing and friendly response, it did not take long to receive compensation from UPS and the issue was resolved well.
thank you

This UPS location is easy to get to with a convenient, free parking lot. The person was nice. It should be noted that they charge $2 for printing the UPS label and taping it to the box. Pretty lame for that charge on top of the shipping charge. They wanted to sell me an overpriced roll of packaging tape. I had printed the label myself. Come prepared.

UPS corporate you need to cancel this franchisee bc of the incredibly rude owner named "Minh". Tons of reviews say "rude lady who owner". I got a notice to pick up a package when I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR THREE WEEKS. After wasting my time asking for my name, address, blah blah she said in a snarky tone "well we only hold it for 7 days and it's now Nov 29". Then she hung up on me. When I called back she started lecturing me about sounding annoyed??? Have you ever heard of customer service? Guess not.
