Service from Haleh was excellent. She is professional and very polite. I have US bank credit card, my prepaid card is from another...I was able to cash out my funds needed. Money is tight for me. I'm so appreciative. So glad I found a place and person who could do this. Thank you so much. I especially love the fact US Bank still have a physical branch and actual person teller...very rare to find nowadays. Please keep physical branch banks and tellers.

This branch and US Bank in general is the worst customer experience I've had. 3 weeks ago my entire ATM deposit was eaten, so I went inside and they just told me to file a claim.On the first claim, they said they audited the wrong ATM. Then a few days later i was told that they actually audited for the wrong day. This is after giving them both the ATM number and the correct date/time. Later I receive a letter in the mail saying "The records show the requested amount was dispensed", and my 2nd claim was denied. This makes no sense as I made a deposit, not a withdrawal. The entire issue is that the deposit didn't show in my account. It's been almost a month, and now I'm told make a 3rd claim and potentially wait another 45 days.I am tired of being treated second rate while my money is being held by this bank. Will have to further escalate the issue. Gross incompetence all around, AT BEST.

Us Bank is the WORST bank I've ever dealt with!! They purchased Union Bank where I had my account. I liked Union Bank. The staff and manager at my branch on Alton, Irvine, were and are outstanding. The only problem is US Bank is terrible! You cannot contact the branch directly. You can only get an automated answer to your call and it never allows you to talk to a real person locally. I had the number for the local office but my call went to an automated service center.

i want to give them negative stars, it's word bank, worst branch and worst manager in USA, Stephan Le is worst person , and rude. He closed my account with out notice and I was out of state with out money because they closed my account. When I called him and asked why , he said I can close your account and I don't want to talk to you, i don't want to answer. He is horrible person I saw in my life. And the customer service is very poor and bad, I very upset with this bank, don't go there never ever

I have been banking at this location for the last two years with my employers business and have had wonderful service up until a week ago. Keep in mind I am in Customer Service so I at no point raised my voice or pulled a Karen., honestly keeping my blood pressure down for health reasons. I came in to do my usual bank deposit for the business. I waited and then a lady named Sara became available and waved me over to her desk. I sat before her and greeted her, gave her my deposit, card and ID. Then she looked at my deposit in the business name and saw we had the LLC listed on the account. She pushed the deposit back to me and said she would not (not could not) do the deposit because the names dont match. I asked her to look at other pages on the account because the DBA is in there. When she couldn't find it she said she still wouldn't do the deposit, i asked her to call the Newport Coast Branch where I opened it or call customer service and she flat out said no. She said they would be busy and she is the one handling the deposit and that she would not do it. I push it back to her and said I really need you to call someone. She let out a disenchanted sigh and picked up the phone but when she got someone on the line the firs thing she said was "this is Sara, associate number...., I have a deposit that I wont be doing but the customer demanded I call you. (No one demanded, I just had to ask twice). The names dont match on the deposit checks and the account so Im not going to deposit them. Is that ok?" Didn't give my account info or any specifics and then they ended the call. I asked to speak to the manager and she said "you are just not happy that you are not getting what you want" in a very snooty, stuck up attitude. I could clearly see this person is not meant for customer service and should spend time learning empathy to better serve the public. As I left another customer approached me in the parking lot and said she had the same experience with Sara and told me its worth the drive to go elsewhere to avoid her as she id always this rude and uncooperative.

Customer service is lacking big time. No greeting when we enter, no "I'll be right with you". No "thank you". Seemed very inconvenience by my presence. Used to be a much nicer environment and customer service. Sarah was very rude and normally isn't. Thinking about extracting my money and placing it in a nicer bank.

Absolutely ridiculous. last Tuesday I deposited $500 in the ATM and there was a transaction error it ate my money and never credited my account. I go in to report the transaction and the lady wouldn't even help me out and said that I had to call customer service. Fast forward to today I go inside the branch to make the cash deposit because I didn't want to lose the money in the ATM again. After sitting there for 30 minutes they say that their system is messed up and that they can't take the cash deposit now. As a business owner these types of bad experiences and wastes of time are detrimental to my productivity. Oh yeah not to mention while I was waiting in line another man came in and was yelling at the same lady that wouldn't help me out with the ATM transaction so it seems like this is a common thing at this branch. They really need to get their stuff together.

Very unhappy with my service at this particular branch. I had a check in British pounds, which I understand is rare, but this bank manager dilly-dallied around for 45 minutes and only said he doesn't know how to do it. I've been depositing these foreign checks for 5 years. I had to go out of my way to another branch, who simply called upstream to the bank to get instructions on how to do it correctly. Overall this bank wasted my time and is making me consider switching banks. All he had to do was call his superiors for instructions on how to do it. Horrible service, wasted hours of my time.

I had to visit this banking center last week couple of time, unfortunately I had a very bad experience with their teller Haleh Asgarinejad. Not that she didn't try to help me, she was very rude, unprofessional and disrespectful. She asked me personal questions for a simple credit card payment and when I complained about her tone and her attitude she got even worse, throw pen in front of me and start lecturing me about my attitude and how my attitude would effect me in my personal life. This was a very disappointing and frustrating visit, so I called the banking center same day to complain about that teller. The brunch manager didn't even try to listen to my story, he said that he doesn't know the whole story and he is sure that his teller wouldn't do anything or say anything disrespectful. All I wanted was a simple we are sorry and we would talk to her, but no. I suggest you take your banking somewhere else. And I won't go back neither

I'll give negative score if I can. If you want to know how incompetent and unreliable their service is, how good they can lie to you, please go and give it a try. Eventually, it's your bank account and credit cards. If anyone from US BANK can see this, please fire the Asian banker over there in that location because she's disgracing this brand.

Was harassed by an employee and the manger for wanting to withdraw 7000 dollars which I have in my account and I called ahead to get. They even thought it would be cool to berate us in front of other people in the bank. Lol this place sucks Funda Irvin is the absolute worst and doesn't deserve to be allowed to work with the public at all. Low and behold we did call and did get our money.

I am appalled by the service at this bank, they are extremely unhelpful and the manager of the bank is even worse. They could care less about good customer service interactions. It is a shame how one bank can hamper a long time customer / banker relationship. I am definitely banking somewhere else now. This has been the 3rd time of receiving horrible service here. 3 strikes, you are out. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt, but they confirmed for the 3rd time, they are no good. You have been warned, they are rude and very disrespectful. Better to do business at another US Bank branch.
