DO NOT DROP OFF PACKAGE INTO BLUE BOX!! I have had multiple of my packages never get scanned and never updated, which left me and my customers all worried. It was not until after the package shipped to their homes that the tracking updated. Extremely unhelpful.

Had to drop off a small parcel to mail out. Already had postage and everything on it. Just needed to drop off. Parcel drop off slot was broken so stood in line and when I handed it to the person behind the counter they told me I had the wrong tape on it, even tho it was only one small strip. They said it damaged their machines and I needed to use packing tape. I asked for one strip of packing tape to put on my parcel to replace it and she said I would have to buy a roll of packing tape for $3.99. Ridiculous and unnecessary. Hate coming to this location in particular because of the lack of customer service and people who work here. Avoid it if you can.

I had two pre-paid packages to drop off. I went to the package drop to the left of the postage drop slots and it must have been full or simply locked. A woman, very rudely told me I had to wait in line when I had no interest in waiting in the extremely long line. So I simply left and went to the postal center located in the Tustin Pharmacy, 13400 Newport Ave, Tustin, CA 92780 Go here for your USPS mailings and they sell stamps! Usually never a line and everyone is friendly and helpful.

Worst customer service, extremely rude, Unhelpful staff don’t care damn about customers, Work like robots, no expression no answers. So if you have to ask a question, don’t expect a reply or something completely different. Delays in shipping all the time

MADE APPOINTMENT FOR A NEW PASSPORT AT THIS LOCATION AND UPON ARRIVING NOTIFIED THAT THE INDIVIDUAL WAS NOT WORKING TODAY. NO NOTIFICATIONS WERE SENT OTHER THAN A TEXT REMINDER 30 MINUTES PRIOR FIR UPCOMING APPOINTMENT. SEVERAL PEOPLE HAD TO LEAVE.L, AND ONE STATED THIS WAS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL OR TEXT NOTIFICATIONS THAT THE POSTAL SERVICE WORKER FOR PASSPORTS DID NOT WORK TODAY OR WAS NOT COMMING IN. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISSAPOINTED DUE TO THE FACT THAT I AM USING MY TIME OFF FROM WORK AS I PLANNED AHEAD OF TIME. THE ON LINE WEBSITE SHOULD HAVE BLOCKED THIS DATE IF NO ONE WOULD BE IN TO PROCESS THE PASSPORT APPLICATION, THEN I COULD HAVE SELECT A DIFFERENT DATE AND TIME. IT SHOULD NEVER ALLOW APPOINTMENTS TO BE GENERATED IF NO ONE WOULD BE AT THE SELECT LOCATION FOR SERVICE!!

It was unbelievably awful!
Had a package and had to wait 30 minutes in line just in order for them to give me that attitude! Why are you so angry and impolite az a customer service?
Customer service must be patient and polite and respectful and of course if you don’t like the job you shouldn’t be doing it or you shouldn’t be at least hired !
Unbelievable!
Wish i had read all these comments before going there .
Never gonna do this ever again .
There must be a manager seeing all these comments on the awful customer experiences and ignoring them , and that’s what’s making everything worse

Every time I come there are 4 tellers and +1 counter, but there is always 1 person working. People wait for a very long time. There are always 10-15 people in line. Think about it if your work is urgent!

I ship a lot of packages that I sell through my eBay business through a number os USPS locations in the area . This one for whatever reason is always late scanning and getting the packages out in a timely manner. I will drop off packages in the morning one day and they will take 2 days to arrive at the regional facility. I don’t have this issues with any other post office.
