horrible experience. package never showed up yesterday so today i went here to try and receive it, but the woman promised it would show up later today to my house, which it never did aside from my other mail. extremely frustrating, because i had to spend money i don’t have on an uber to get there and back home since i don’t have a car at the moment. i don’t know why she couldn’t just give it to me there if she knew it wouldn’t actually be arriving to my house. so dumb.

I was about to leave for vacation and had a complication regarding my PO Box. Daniel stood up for me even though it was just after hours as I wouldn’t have been able to rectify the situation for another couple weeks with an already full PO Box. Daniel exemplified excellent customer service and went above and beyond when others were hesitant to do so. He saved me a ton of grief and having worked in customer service for over 20 years I’m incredibly grateful for his hospitality. An excellent asset to the team.

Whoever was delivering mail on Tuesday May 27 2025 needs to go!!!! I live at the Avalon Apartments in Irvine and the USPS delivery guy delivered my credit card to the wrong neighbor, that neighbor decided to illegally activate that credit card and they charged over $2000 worth of charges on my account so thanks to this delivery driver for costing me a huge headache when I’m already going through enough! I will never trust USPS ever again!!! I am also forced to file a police report and I will definitely have everything investigated ASAP

I am currently seeking legal advice! There is a Asian lady with glasses been profiling me to the point that she called my last residence to confirm if I live there or not without knowing all the facts that her other colleague from a week prior told me to hold the mails for up to 2-3 weeks since my ID had the old address, and dmv was sending my ID to the old address. The Second Lady with glasses after handing me the mails she told me not to come every day which I didn’t! Said come on a day that ur hold expires and when I went for second time there was no mails on hold and then she confronts me that I don’t live in that apartment bcz she called the community they told her I don’t live there which I believe is illlegal! But it was her other colleagues idea to put hold on my old address to get my ID understanding the all my other Identifications were expired. I asked for manager Scott came and basically covered up for her but she was clearly profiling me! Please stand up to this location they cannot treat people indifferently due to their internal miscommunication and incompetence to do a basic moral work. It’s been 4 weeks now I have been with no current ID just because she decided that she’s also FBI. I feel profiled and not gonna lie she seemed little racist too! I don’t know if their jobs are stressful but their actions of incompetence should not cause harm to paying customers!

Im sick and tired of coming to this post office and there is a bunch of losers with cameras trying to harass people for clicks and views on there lamb ass youtube channel. And i found out that they infact dont have a first amendment right to film on postal property. A federal judge has ruled on this, and so has the supreme court. But yet this post office continues to allow this non sence. I hope the post office gets sued for allowing people images be used for commercal purposes on postal property. The cases are WIGGINGTON VS UNITED STATES POSTAL SERVICE and THE PEOPLE VS WIGGINGTON. He was a first amendment auditor doing this exact samw thing and refused to leave and was charged and convivted of many charges. And also lost his federal lawsuit.

daniel is great he is very nice and helps a lot he deserves 5 star however i went here and another woman served me 14 minutes before closing and i was told to come back tomorrow because theyre closing soon and i wont be able to fill in a customs form in time, which i have done before and took like 2 minutes. i said i can fill it in now quickly but she said no come back tomorrow. terrible service idk how someone can be so miserable.

This post office is absolutely the worst. Packages are constantly misdelivered or lost, and managers never respond to inquiries. The service is beyond frustrating—employees are either constantly changing or simply not trained properly. My mail frequently ends up with neighbors; some kindly return it, but others don’t, leading to missing important correspondence. It’s shocking that such poor service continues unchecked. This office desperately needs restructuring and new management to bring any level of reliability back to the community.
