5g wirless is such garbage. Dont work half the time yet you charge an arm and a leg.

Unbelievable bad customer service. While trying to contact someone to fix an unauthorized charge they tried to charge me a fee to talk to a representative! Verizons high prices, should at least come with good service. Verizon doesn't care about customers.

A whole week of calling for assistance, waiting on hold for over two hours or more, then trying to chat with an online only to be told the wait is only 6mins but yet again waiting for close to an hour!!! Do better VERIZON
