My phone flew away on thr freeway the night before my 1st day at new job.
I searched for earliest opening store and came here 15 min before store opens.
Keith came out of the door and listened to my story and prepared new phone for me before even store opens so that all is ready to go at 9am. He then researched to see how he can not increase my monthly bill with new phone purchase (S25) and I ended up buying new phone for wife iPhone 16 pro max) and brought montly bill by $40. At the end he gave me a high end Anker power bank as a gift and gave me his business card. I had minor problem that night at remote location on my job and I texted him and he replied. Next day he tried to help me remotely without me coming in as I was far. Away. I've never seen anyone so nice and competent at Verizon store. This guy should be in the training department.

I visited here last week for my daughter to get her first mobile phone, and Darryl helped me choosing the right plan as well as providing great consultation for me. It was late, and almost the store closing time but Darryl was so kind and professional taking the time with us. Thank you!

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the service I received at your store. The store staff exhibited rudeness and ignorance, and they attempted to sell products forcefully even when I clearly stated that I only wanted to add a line to my account. This behavior caused my bill to increase from $97 to $314 for an unnecessary line that was sold to me by Daryll.
I had to wait for two hours on another day to cancel the services I did not need. The staff's behavior was unacceptable and disrespectful. Even the manager, Mr. Joshua, displayed ignorance and disrespect by avoiding eye contact and staring at the wall when I expressed my dissatisfaction with the service.
I did not intend to end up in an argument, but the staff's disregard for customer concerns made it unavoidable. I would strongly advise against visiting this store, as they do not provide respectful customer service.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Evan at Verizon Woodbury Town Center, and I can't say enough good things about him. I was having a difficult time transferring my consumer lines to my business account, and Verizon customer support was not helpful at all, just keeping us waiting on the phone for two hours with no resolution! Evan patiently took the time to understand the issue and worked diligently to fix it all by himself. His dedication and patience were truly impressive. Evan's excellent service turned a frustrating experience into a positive one, and I am extremely grateful for his help. I will definitely go back to him for any future service needs. Thank you, Evan, for your outstanding support!

This store is horrible. I was in the store the other day to ask about some billing questions, waiting for 2 hours because 3 people in front of me. That’s totally fine cause I came in after them. Then there are 2 new groups came in to pick up online orders, the store staff just head to help them and let me waiting there, that’s ok if 10-15 minutes but it’s 30 minutes! I said to the staff that I am still waiting and those people came in after me even if they had online orders but they came in store late. Then the staff said I was yelling which I was not. And he asked me to out. That’s so rude. I didn’t get the service after waiting for 2 hours and the staff just served the people came in store after me, this doesn’t make any sense as a service, and the store staff yelled to me that’s so rude! I suggest people do not go to this store, the service doesn’t make any sense, the staff there is rude. If you want have a good day, stay away from them, there are bunch of other stores near by you can choose.

Nathan was really helpful and nice! He helped me and my family get 5 new phones on a Thursday night and helped us afterwards too when we needed to return our phones. Made upgrading our phones a lot easier
