Overall it was an okay experience. However, they used the smallest hydro jet they have because it was just a kitchen drain and they said it would take 60 to 90 mins but the hydro jetting took only about 20-25 mins. So this was a small job and I think $400 would have been a fairer price - they charged me $550 The main reasons I would dock them 2 points are - a) their machine was very dirty - lots of air pollution - need to invest in cleaner energy equipment and b) the cost On a positive note - their staff were nice and easy to work with.

VIP was extremely quick with their responses and smooth with their scheduling. Tyler arrived at our front door within an hour to check out the issue we were having with our two toilets with constantly running water in the tanks. Thankfully it turned out to be a simple fix, and within 10-15 minutes, everything was solved. Tyler was very informative and honest as he explained to us the mechanics behind the issue, and we were not charged for the diagnosis. I also appreciate that he wore shoe covers in the house (: It's a huge relief to me because that running water sound has been driving me crazy at home for months now and I was stressing out because I had never reached out to a plumber myself before. I really should've contacted them sooner and will reach out to them if I need service in the future! Thank you, VIP!

AMAZING customer service! They reached out via yelp very quick and I was able to schedule for someone to come out same day. Jerry was great! He called me to stop by to assess job and make sure he was able to get the part needed, job went well and he was very friendly and efficient! Thank you so much! I requested a cleaning of my shower drain which had a large build up calcium. Asking for an appointment was easy with a same day appointment available without even asking for a rush. They made it even easier with GPS tracking their arrival. Upon arriving, I showed the calcium build-up and was quoted $850 to get the pipe descaled. I opted not to spend that much considering my pipe can still drain well enough. My 5-star review is because the scheduling process was very easy with a no-cost assessment. I was happy for them to take a look and appreciate the convenience.

Jesus and George came out and took care of a clogged kitchen sink, clogged bathroom sink and low pressure in a bathroom faucet. They came early, were super professional and they cleaned up afterwards. For the kitchen sink, they recommended a hydro vacuum and boy did it need it! 12 years of ground up food chunks (gross!) came out and our pipes were super clean! They even had a snaking camera to prove the pipes were clean. Considering how much work they did, I think it was a fair price. I'll use VIP again next time.

Bryce was super professional, showed up on time with the right equipment and scoped our problem drain. Even took a look at our main sewer line to check for further issues. He was very courteous and kept things very clean, always informing me of what he found. That type of inclusivity is greatly appreciated. He took the proper time to draft up a bid for both options and followed up with what our decision was. Although the owners of the property ended going with someone else for the smaller job, I am going to recommend the larger job be tackled by VIP should that be approved by the owners. VIP has all the great tools and knowledge to back up their claims. The value they provide is great appreciated and VIP will be on our short list for any future plumbing needs. Thanks again Bryce.

This company was excellent from the very beginning. Miguel came out to assess the repair and he explained what needed to be done then wrote up a contract immediately. We interviewed 4 companies and VIP was superior in knowledge, professionalism and responsiveness by far. Miguel and Miguel handled the job in less than 3 hours.They not only repaired the drain but also the stucco in one appointment. Can't beat that! Thank you! it's rare to find such a well run company these days! If you need plumbing repairs don't hesitate to call them.

Jesus and Jorge were amazing! They found the drains quickly when other companies could not. Both were skilled and knowledgeable as well as pleasant and did our sewage footage quickly and efficiently. If you have sewer issues make this your one and only phone call!
