I take the prenatals, my husband take neurovite, and my kids take the chewable. We've moved several times in the last couple of years and had issues with shipping (2 times were my fault, 1 time there was an error I their system) they've always taken care of it. Very honest, kind and helpful customer service whenever I've called for help with shipping issues or otherwise. My only criticism in my experience is that the website could be a little more user friendly. It's not terrible, but it can be kind of confusing to navigate and set up/manage subscriptions in my opinion. However the over all quality of the products I buy from them paired with the impeccable customer service make me not sweat the website challenges I have from time to time. If I ever have an issue I can't figure out or get too frustrated with, I just call the customer service and they are always so sweet and helpful.”

“Dr. Kate is great and so knowledgeable! I have a patient with burns a few months ago which left her with pain and scar. I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep her on Motrin any longer, of course not narcotics either. So I consulted with her for solutions. She patiently took the time to talk to me and came up with an amazing compound sili gel with gabapentin/lidocaine which is helping greatly with my patient. It’s eye- opening! I will send more patients especially when I feel like stuck with traditional medication approach. Great services!”
