“Dr. Kate is great and so knowledgeable! I have a patient with burns a few months ago which left her with pain and scar. I don’t think it’s a good idea to keep her on Motrin any longer, of course not narcotics either. So I consulted with her for solutions. She patiently took the time to talk to me and came up with an amazing compound sili gel with gabapentin/lidocaine which is helping greatly with my patient. It’s eye- opening! I will send more patients especially when I feel like stuck with traditional medication approach. Great services!”

“Very good quality Omega 3 oil. I originally bought for my cat, but when I realised the product was so good, I ended up taking it instead. Very happy with the company service also.”

“I’ve tried a lot of CBD brands, and Medterra really stands out. The quality feels clean and consistent, and I love that they’re transparent about testing and ingredients. Their CBD oil has been great for helping me unwind at night without feeling groggy the next day.”

“Hands down my favorite place to buy vitamins. I have NEVER taken vitamins that work so obviously well and make such a marked difference in my mood, energy and over all feeling of well being. I take the prenatals, my husband take neurovite, and my kids take the chewable. We've moved several times in the last couple of years and had issues with shipping (2 times were my fault, 1 time there was an error I their system) they've always taken care of it. Very honest, kind and helpful customer service whenever I've called for help with shipping issues or otherwise. My only criticism in my experience is that the website could be a little more user friendly. It's not terrible, but it can be kind of confusing to navigate and set up/manage subscriptions in my opinion. However the over all quality of the products I buy from them paired with the impeccable customer service make me not sweat the website challenges I have from time to time. If I ever have an issue I can't figure out or get too frustrated with, I just call the customer service and they are always so sweet and helpful.”

“More expensive than Amazon and other online stores that is understandable given the physical location in the crowdy area. Sales persons a little too pushy with their promos. Overall ok spot if you need stuff right now”

“The Optimal Cleanse is the hands down the best rice protein powder/meal replacement. I have a smoothie with this as the base for breakfast every morning. Oh and they do 2-day shipping on Amazon!”

“I was helped by Heather and my experience was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely helpful in not only narrowing down what supplements I needed, but happy to answer any questions I threw her way. I will definitely be back and they have my business as a local for the foreseeable future. Thanks Heather!”
