Awesome service at Vuori! Aveen and Katie were super nice to me and really took the time to take care of me. They went through all of the clothing for my size and kept tabs with me. Will definitely be shopping here again, highly recommend!

Worst service ever. I went into the store to buy something for my girlfriend and couldn’t get any help. When I finally did get someone to talk to me, the look of disgust they gave me was like something out of a movie. Just because I’m fat doesn’t mean I belong in your store? Your loss because I was going to blow a lot of money.

TOP STUFF ! My wife and I have bought more than a few hundred dollars worth of Vuori leisure wear in recent months...we love it. We were off to the movies on Tuesday but first we popped in here. Rhys the very helpful sales dude who looked after us a couple of weeks ago greeted us immediately when we walked in. My wife picked out a sports bra and that was it. Really comfortable clothing and fabulous service here !

I love this brand but the irvine spectrum store is terrible with greetings and assistance. I'd say the last five times I've visited, I don't get greeted or any help. I had to approach the register carrying my return in hand before anybody said a word to me. Poor customer service in that regard.

If you have shopped here you know how expensive the clothing is! So imagine my shock when my brand new leggings ripped while I was putting them on… lol.
I came in to exchange but I wasn’t sure if I’d get anywhere - luckily the gentleman (didn’t get his name) helped me and made the exchange super quick and easy.

Service crew’s service barely exists, when you needed help on sizing and etc. The displays in store seems messy and the fitting rooms’ cleanliness were not kept to expectations.
Vuori’s clothings aint cheap so we expect better service, experience in the shop. As it seems that Vuori’s brand is going downhill. The material and quality is nice however there are lot of other brands out there who could replicate.

Great location and great customer service!I recently purchased a pair of joggers from Vuori online and needed to size down so I came in for an exchange. The girl at the register immediately helped me and made the process very easy. I love my new joggers and practically live in them. They're pricey but worth the splurge.The staff here are very friendly and the store is pet friendly too!

This store closes at 7pm so we called at 6 to make sure they'd be open. They said they would be so we drove 25 minutes to find their doors closed at 6:35pm... the guy we talked to on the phone saw us and immediately ducked out below the counter and snuck snuck to the back leaving his coworkers to explain why they decided to close early.

I came into the store looking for specific Vuori items due to the items being unavailable online. Morgan, Emily & Olive delivered superior customer service. They walked me over to the items to assist me, were very friendly and made the process easy and smooth.I have run my own company for 12 years and definitely look to hire employees like this with great emotional intelligence. Thank you for your help! They deserve 10 stars. I'll definitely be shopping here again.

Just can't say enough about this store. Just went in because my wife and I had a couple minor issues with some of the pieces that we purchased. Quinn, one of the managers was absolutely a delight to work with. She was so gracious, and was very very diligent to help with my return. That kind of customer service is what brings my wife and I back over and over again to this particular store. The customer service is exceptional and they are always such a delightful team to work with. Thank you so much and we will be coming back as we love the clothing and working with such a delightful team

Such great service!! Stopped in to grab a couple tank tops. Loved the service, they ran to check stock in the back for multiple items without an issue at all. Looking forward to my next visit! Vuori is amazing all around!!
