This is the worst pharmacy I ever visited in my life. The prescriptions are never on time, I have to wait every time even when i get a message that it is ready. They charged me wrong copay. Every time I get worse and worse service. This location needs to be reported to health services for the mistakes they make with medications. They should be held liable

While Walgreens locations often fall short on customer service, this particular store goes out of its way to deliver an especially poor experience. The staff's attitude and service make it feel as though customers are unwelcome.

The tall guy cashier was the worse! I actually called Walgreens customer service. I needed to do 2 transactions and the guy said nope! We don't do that here. All this has to be 1 transaction. He said he couldn't care less but the manager said no. If that's the case, the management at this store sucks. I went to CVS A block away. $100/ 2 transactions. This location lost my business forever. The tall cashier was arguing with the customer before me also. He hates his job so he really shouldn't be there.

The female tall Caucasian cashier seemed bothered by my presence for whatever reason. I'd like to hope it had nothing to do with me being a woman of color but she definitely made me feel like I wasn't wanted at the cash register. Very monotone and dissatisfied energy. I only bought 2 items.

Worst pharmacy customer service. They keep you on hold and never come on the phone. This is the one on irvine blvd in woodbury. They get zero stars. I was on hold twice for 15 mins. Called to speak to store manager and she couldn’t do thing. Just horrible!!!

Refilling my prescriptions is almost always an unnecessary hassle. They have deleted medications from their system even though I take them every day and have taken them for years. They will claim I have no refills available - but when I call my doctor they tell me I DO… then they finally refill it once my doctor calls them. The line at the pharmacy moves EXTREMELY slow. They have 3-4 counters yet only use 1, even if there are many people in line. Overall, getting my prescriptions refilled at this pharmacy has been stressful and confusing. The only good thing is the store’s proximity to my house. I really hope the pharmacy can do better in the future.

Worse Walgreens Pharmacy Service Ever. Do not recommend going here, go to the Woodbury Walgreens or CVS across the street instead. Made appointment for 4PM for vaccination. They had me sat and waited until 5:45PM after they filled each walk in requests pharmacy drugs and ad hoc flu shots. They said they lost the paperwork and they didn't start paying attention of me sitting there waiting despite them passing me 10 times in poast 90 minutes. It wasn't until I had to go to my car to get my laptop to do work then a gentleman at the counter says, are you waiting for help....

Worse service ever. Do not recommend going to this Walgreens. Go to the Walgreens in Woodbury or CVS across the street instead. The staff here is ignorant, they don't care if you made appointment ahead of time. They work at their own pace as if they are in public government sector. They are not respectful of basic service etiquettes.

Double check your prescription. The male pharmacist will get it wrong. Trust Phoebe, Thai and no one else at the pharmacy.

Nice young lady with glasses is so helpful and kind. Stopped coming here due to a rude female employee. Been months since ive last stepped in this store. Her and the cashier were so kind and helped me price check Christmas items. Im glad i'll be coming back again to this walgreens!

DONOT go to this pharmacy. I never had any problems with flu vaccination. So regretting to visit this pharmacy. The pharmacist gave me vaccine by injured my arm. She made me bleeding, bruise, and leave a scar on my arm. I want to file a complaint to the store manager, however, the manager just send the shift lead who has no authority to do anything.

Friendly service and not very busy. They were well stocked, good selection. We have used their Photos service many times in the pictures. I've always turned out nicely and are well priced. Plenty of easy parking and great hours. Good for your pharmacy and make up needs as well as snacks.
