Absolutely amazing experience! This place is incredibly clean, organized, and professionally run. You can really see how much they care about taking care of every car and paying attention to the little details. What impressed me just as much was how respectful, friendly, and courteous everyone was. The entire team made me feel welcomed and valued. It’s rare to find this level of cleanliness, care, and customer service all in one place. My car looked amazing when I left, and I will definitely be coming back!”
“My new debt card cvc was only two numbers. It's supposed to have three. Lol! No worries, I made an appointment and stopped in the next day.
My appointment was with Stacey. Not only did she apologize for the defective card (the card printer being repaired) she ordered me a new replacement card. Also while I was there, she helped me with setting up my direct deposit and online login. Stacey is fabulous!
I have had online banking in the past but I like to have my banking relationship with a real location with a real person. And there's free parking in the back.

I was filing to open my business account and get my bank statements for the last year. He was very organized and supportive, and thorough. As well as a very genuine human, that energy is to be protected and uplifted. I can not express enough how comfortable and happy I am; as a first-time customer at this bank, this is a 10/10 experience. “Not quite sure why this branch has such a low review because my recent experience here was smooth and pleasant! Came into this branch to open a new account on a Saturday and waited 5-10 mins max for the personal banker to finish with a client before me. We were greeted by Genie Sui and she was very knowledgeable and walked through several options with us. We were able to open up an account and take advantage of the outstanding promotion, all within 20 mins. I appreciate how Genie made the process easy and didn't upsell/pressure at all. By the way, they have free red envelopes to give away at the teller window for the upcoming lunar new year! Thank you for the awesome experience, highly recommend this branch to everyone!”

“I came in 5 minutes before they closed like 3 weeks ago. It was an emergency regarding my card being locked & I had no access to funds. I'm still new with the bank & the tellers couldn't help me. The manager still made sure she got the card unlocked for me made like 3 phone calls & made sure a teller stayed behind to withdraw funds for me. That's 5 star service she's a legend!”

“Okay, I don't normally go around reviewing banks. I mean, they're like Starbucks--not much to expect, but they're everywhere and they get the job done. When I was visiting my friend in Irvine, I needed to drop by a local BOA. I searched one up on Yelp and found this branch. I was surprised by all the bad reviews with this one and all its nearby branches in Irvine. After my experience and seeing all these bad reviews, thought I'd share mine: 1) I was immediately greeted by a lady sitting right at the entrance. She asked what I needed and referred me to someone who promptly greeted me and seated me in his office within minutes. 2) The place was clean, bright and had nice decor. I wouldn't mind just sitting and lounging in there. 3) After going through my records and checking banks, the man referred me to another person to save me money on my money transfer. 4) Connie was a beautiful and kind elderly lady who helped me out on multiple transactions. She was great! Not sure why people hated on this place, but my 9AM experience on a Saturday was great. Maybe it's the day and timing? I would go here again.”
