Avoid this branch!!! I used to go to this branch since it's really convenient to run errands during my work lunch hours, but oh man, let me tell you about this blond guy teller that I got twice in a row. He's really rude!!!! First time this blond dude teller made a comment that was not necessary, and he thinks he's all that... I got the same blond guy teller this week, and again, he was so rude and making some unnecessary comments. Who hired this guy? He cant even count the money correctly. Why even be a teller if you can't even provide great customer service. Worst branch ever!!! I will probably go out my way to find a better branch just so I don't have to deal with not being treated right.

The branch manager and small business rep at this branch are horrible. Imagine going in to open a new sub account, and they tell you that they can't and may have to close it instead when your account has already been verified! Multiple sub accounts have also been activated at multiple locations. Because the main account was not opened here, they tried to hurt us and waste our time. The worst experience I have ever had at a bank. Absolutely avoid this branch until new people lead it.

Avoid this branch if you have better things to do than wait in line. My landlord requires me to deposit rent directly into his account, so I have no choice but to go to Wells Fargo. This branch is consistently under staffed, and every transaction seems to take unusually long, I'm guessing due to inexperienced tellers. Save yourself the frustration and go to the Woodbury.

This branch has many open offices, but hardly anyone around. Out of 7 office, only 2 people were serving and that too appointment based. Only 1 cashier. I wanted to ask 1 question and wanted 2nd to open a CD. I am being advised to go online to make an appointment. Seriously even for a question? It doesn’t matter how you can upgrade the interior and make more room but with no people to help, it’s pointless. I bank at other big banks too in the area and they are ALWAYS available. With a Premier account I am wondering what am getting from WellsFargo and why keep my business here. It’s time to revisit why I need this bank?

There is a African American banker who is a definitely racccist. His face was telling me he didn’t wanna help, and pointed out to me there are only two or three Chinese customers in their bank. Wow! Thank you for your service.

Service manager Gabriella is just lazy. No people skills and avoid customers that's need help. Tell goes to ask her a question and she goes to back to hide. Cooperate needs to check up on this branch. Poor customer service by far.

After calling the customer service phone number they told me to go to my local branch to simply get a statement printed off for me. I was told no appointment was necessary and would only take a couple minutes. When I arrived at the branch on Tuesday they had two bankers on duty but was told they were too busy to print off the statement. When I told them customer service advised me to come to the branch their response believe it or not was, "try to come back on Friday and we may be able to print off the statement then". We have two business accounts and multiple personal accounts and this is the service we get? Wells Fargo we are tired of your self important attitude and are closing all are accounts at this bank. Now you won't have to be bothered by us expecting service. Please do not continue to blame terrible service on COVID. That's not working any longer...

Today, I passed by and need to do take care of my checking and saving accounts. I walked in and there are only 2 customers in the entire whole bank there including me. There are total 7 of the bank employees. I roam around and no one seems to care. Everyone has their eyes glue on their monitors and chat behind the glasses. Finally, there is a woman behind the glasses shout out and said if she can help. I said I need to take care of my checking and saving account. She looked at her watch and said we will close in 15 minutes if you could come back or book an appointment. I said no because I need to take care of them today. She must be kidding me, right? There is 15 minute until they close and all of them ready to go home? And ask me to come back or book an appointment? Then she got another woman help me. The other woman asks for my ATM card because she wants to check what kind of bank accounts that I have. Is this the way Well Fargo do business now? Checking what kind of bank account I have or how much I have then will decide to help me? She checked my bank account for a couple minutes then she said she goes get her manager. Finally, after wasting 10 minutes, I got help from the manager. I will give this location a zero star if I could. They have no courtesy or helpful or willingness to help their customers. This location is the worst one in all Wells Fargo locations that I am banking with for the last 25 years. If they want to go home early and no willingness to help their customers then don't come to work. Why drag their long faces to work then treat their customers like crap.
