This branch seems to be CLOSED, the building is actually under construction at the moment and is NOT owned by Wells Fargo anymore. I was told by the building owner next door. Can't believe I drove all the way out here and no sign or anything posted outside or online. Real professional, Wells Fargo.

I had a good relationship with WFDS. Provided me with careful considerations during the term of my loan and were always accommodating with an occasional deferment when needed. I wish I could have continued doing business with my most recent auto purchase.

Terrible company, they will scam you for fees and treat you rudely....no reason to type more, this company has been in front of the US Senate for fraud and CEO was fired. People need to withdraw money and not use this bank, wipe them out.

I got this loan when my credit was average so I expected an average interest rate.. I always pay on time and never had a reason to call. I will be paying my loan off a year earlier. Thanks Wellfargo Dealership Service for an awesome job.

I have no idea how WF still has any customer with their abomination customer service!! I've used WF dealer services for over a year now and had no opinion of them good or bad since I only made my payment online and never called them or asked anything of them. However, my first time I called to ask for assistance it ends up being the absolute worse customer service experience nightmare of my life. I talked to about 9 different people, whom several of them claimed to be supervisors. I ended up talking to "the presidents office" which ended up being a complete joke. I got hung up 2 times, spent on the phone about 3 hours and each person they transferred me to, I had to verify my information all over again and tell my story again and again. I am actually reporting this company to the attorney general and the better business bureau for their lies, deception and shady business practices. Oh, and for all of my troubles they actually were nice enough to waive one miserable fee of $17. Pathetic company that deserves every bit of bad press they get. Their customer service circus matches that same reputation the company has.

horrible, rude, and incompetent. I am having to call on a daily basis regarding the same issue, multiple times a day. How hard is it to get your gap dept. to send your portion of the paper work to my gap insurance via email? That is why you have a gap dept to begin with right? Absolutely mind blowing how incompetent you are and irresponsible. I am amazed at the so called customer service representatives you have. Extremely rude, and yes, I will be defensive when your end is not picking up your slack. I am having to continue to make payments on a vehicle i no longer have because my gap insurance is waiting on Wells Fargo Dealer Services to email them paper work, I have requested this paper work for well over two weeks now and nothing! Incompetent, worthless, and you need to train those so called customer service representatives.

The absolute worst customer service representatives. Absolutely the rudest individuals to speak to with a very sarcastic manner and if you call and complain nothing will get done by supervisors. They will cheat you out of money by completely confusing you on loan payments by giving you options that sound good at first but really will screw you in the end.

Horrible! Paid the vehicle off four years ago. Never received the lien release. The vehicle was totaled last week. Insurance company will not pay out without lien release. WF is stalling on it and said it would take 2-3 weeks. How the heck can that be?! I must purchase another car within 30 days for progressive to pay the taxes. Can't afford another car without that insurance check as a down payment. Avoid them like the plague!

We could not get a loan anywhere after I had cancer and the economy tanked. We had no money and a bad credit score due to living off our credit cards for 2 years. After six banks said "no" to loaning us less than $10,000 for a second hand car, this company did loan us the money. We tried not to be late, but did get 4 calls in a 5 year span for the loan. They were nice about it, but firm. They loaned us the money, they wanted it back. We just paid it off THIS MONTH! and our credit score is much much higher now. I never had anyone lie to me from this company. They always told me the truth of what they were doing to do and what I needed to do. Five years ago they did not accept on-line payments. Somewhere along the way they started accepting that, which made my life so much easier. Work with them, pay on time, and they will work with you. I won't need them for my next car, as I have a much better credit score and my cancer is in remission. They were there when NO ONE else would touch this loan. Thank you Well Fargo Dealer Services!!
