We went to bank for took later for DMV , it’s just take 5 minutes maximum, the bankir wasn’t busy and she didn’t do that for us and asking for appointment, the next to Wells Fargo bank, is chase bank and I went there during waiting for wells fargo they gave me latter just in 2 minIt wasn’t good as customer service

I went into the Wells Fargo Bank located at the Los Olivas Marketplace location at 11:40 AM to do a wire transfer. I waited for a Banker who came to me about 10 minutes later and said she was going to lunch at noon. Could I come back after 1 PM. I couldn't so I left and went to another WF location who took me right away. The whole transaction lasted about 10 minutes. The woman banker at the Los Olivos Marketplace is not customer-friendly. I have a Premier Account at WF having successfully performed numerous transactions with WF and am always treated kindly and immediately. But, I will NEVER go back to the Los Olivas Marketplace and I would suggest others avoid this location as well.

This bank is a joke second time I walk in there and there’s either one banker or they give u a excuse y they can’t help you I walked in to open another account and 3 bankers not busy at all just standing around and no one on lobby and she says we are all busy you need an appointment I told her there’s no one here she simply reply we are all currently busy and there just standing walking around the lobby very disappointed I will take my business elsewhere

Nothing beats walking into an empty bank and having the bankers tell you they cant help you because they need to go to lunch…time for wells to end and the next bank to build on its ruins!

We scheduled an appointment. The banker called us 20 min. before it and said I'm under training and can not open an account and the manger will give you a call for rescheduling. We had not heard after 1 day! When I called them back, another lady said the banker is on PTO and you can go to another branch. Poor customer service.

LISTEN TO ALL THE 1 STAR REVIEWS. This place is just very unorganized and the ONLY rude employee here is this middle age Native American women. I once went in the morning to do a withdraw... throughout the whole transaction she had been sarcastic and even ROLLED HER EYES AT ME, she didn't even give me the EXACT amount I asked for!! I didn't even leave the window until I double counted and She began to act like I was the one who COUNTED WRONG. I Definitely will be reporting her to HR as soon as I get her name as well. She needs to be fired, not only did she mess up my transaction but she had the Audacity to ignore me after I asked her to double count the cash she handed me in front of me..... DONT go to this bank unless you want to lose your money willingly.

Worst Branch ever. And I only saying this because this is the 4th time they are letting me down.1 st time: I needed to order checks. Young teller told me to go home and do it from my phone. I asked why? I’m already here.2nd time: “you can transfer money via Zelle” on your own, use your smart phone3rd time: I need my statements for the whole year printed - “go home, print it yourself”4th my Fiance wanted to open checking and saving and wire large amount. - we teller “I’m sorry, we have no banker available” so he went to chase !I’m a customer for a long time with all my accounts. I’ll be switching due to horrible customer service.

So consistently awful. Every time we've gone into this branch it's been a problem. Wildly understaffed, rude, and unwilling to help withdrawal large amounts of cash--was told to use the ATM while standing in front of a teller.This branch should be closed. It's literally an outdoor ATM with people sitting inside that refuse to help.

These guys have the WORST customer service... actually! Let me rephrase that... THEY HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!! If you need anything done! I suggest you find a different branch...

This bank every one is nice and helpful, only Fatima is very rude. I have Wellsfargo bank for over 20 years, I banking Jaffrey branch and Woodbury Branch, every one is nice and trying to help, But Fatima from this Branch is totally different, the way she treats costumer is unacceptable.
