This is the closest Wescom location to my home, and it's always easy to get to and from. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and it's a really nice location. I bring my daughter here often to redeem coins, which members can do at free or reduced cost. I've been a member at Wescom for more than 25 years, and have no plans to ever leave them. There's also an ATM right out in front of the building, which is obviously available 24 hours a day. If for some reason it's not working, the convenience store in this plaza has one that is free to use for Wescom members.

I was able to work with Baylee on an auto loan/checking/savings account setup and she is fantastic! Very knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had in regards to my account, the loan, and services provided by Wescom. Thank you!

I was recommended by a family member to apply for a membership here. So far I am truly impressed with the customer service. Tot and Andrew both helped jumpstart me as a new member and made me understand and take simple action steps towards earning the benefits of being a Signature member and the next tier after that. As opposed to the big banks, this experience has been truly a breath of fresh air so far. Thank you for truly showing customer service and helping their members look forward to building a positive financial relationship!

Wescom-ebranch site is down and no notification posted. Disappointed that not even a 404 acknowledgement.During the Covid crisis the access via electronic means is the most safest way to check on bank transactions.

It's hard for me to believe I'm downrating a financial institution that I've been with for over thirty years. In the past, I used to speak of Wescom's great service and helpfulness. I contacted the local Laguna Niguel branch in order to obtain information concerning a new mortgage. My property is currently free and clear. I waited a day to hear from the loan officer associated with this branch. When no call came, I called his cell phone number, and indicated on the business card I'd received at the branch. The loan officer gruffly replied that my condo would not qualify, most likely, since it was a coop. I pointed out that I had a condo and not a coop, despite being in Laguna Woods. He said, well if you do qualify, you'll be getting the loan at these rates and costs, but probably may not qualify due to age restrictions. He promised to call back with all of the details. I never heard from him. Is this how to treat a loyal customer who has been with you since 1981? I had a real estate loan with Wescom for years and had no problems. I've had thousands of dollars in Wescom's care over the years. What did I do wrong to deserve this poor treatment? After submitting this review I was contacted by a Wescom rep to add more information. Why? Don't know. We shall see. At least they didn't open a new account in my name, like Wells Fargo!

After doing a extensive research to find the best option to refinance our auto loan I'm so happy we found Wescom Credit Union! We were able to lower our interest by A LOT! :) Ana Salazar was the specialist that assisted us with all the application process, she was very helpful, sweet, patient, and she answered all the questions we had. We've recommended this credit union to our friends with a current car loans. Thank you Ana and thank you Wescom Credit Union!

The worst experience!!!!! We spend most of our day attempting to complete a simple transaction! The agent we dealt with was Maribel, who did not know how to operate a computer and required help throughout the process. After spending most of the day there, we received a call that there was more paperwork that was NOT completed. Not professional, uneducated on her job, and the manager on duty was just sitting back watching the disaster along with the other staff. Not a good experience at all!

******READ******* I have been a member of Wescom since 2014. Ive never had an issue with this bank until now. Lets start off with my HOME branch is the one off State College and Katella. My account was WRONGFULLY CLOSED because someone at this location READ the check systems REPORT WRONG. I had an account with another bank and let it slip once. I paid the account then closed it because that bank did not have a lot atms that i could use close to me. I sticked with wescom but wescom branch threw me out. I tried everything they asked me to do BUT my account was still closed even after showing the teller who showed the branch manager I did not owe the older bank money. To whoever decided to make that decision. You have made me waste time and gas trying to resolve this issue. Made run around only for my account to be closed regardless. Lets not forget the bank teller who claimed to have given me an extension but did not do so. Thank you Bailey for lying to my face and leaving me the most happiest voicemail that i am no longer a member. I was NOT offered to open an account as a new member or told one will be made for me due to the BANK REPS ERROR. I was bot told what would happen to the money that remained in the account ($150). At this point I will have to call wescom and ask. Wonderful.

Not really a review for this branch the the credit union in a whole. The service has went down hill over the past few years, their website has a ton of flaws & their app is behind the times. I use to live Wescom but they have gotten horrible.
